I’m extremely impressed with the results from Zerorez! Before scheduling the cleaning, I lifted an area rug and noticed that the grout underneath was much cleaner than the rest of the floor, even though the exposed areas are mopped regularly. That’s when I decided to call Zerorez. After they cleaned the tile and grout, the entire floor looked brand new again.

They also cleaned my white sectional, and it came out looking fantastic. The technicians were professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail.

I recently learned that Zerorez also cleans boat carpets and upholstery, which I’ll definitely be taking advantage of. Based on this experience, I’ll be booking with them again soon and highly recommend their services.

The service was incredible and the outcome was beautiful. I highly recommend this service for your Florida carpet cleaning. Not nearly as much water used as with normal cleaners. This means quicker drying and less chance for mold. I had my tile done is well and it is also a good job.

This company is fantastic. I was able to get my rugs cleaned the very next day. Ron was my cleaner; he was friendly and kind, and he explained everything before starting. He even provided tips for future rug cleaning and positioning.

My service technician, Ron, was very professional and did an excellent job. I’m very pleased with the results. He arrived early and finished in a very timely timeframe. He was polite and completed his job extremely well. Based on his performance, I would highly recommend Zerorez for their cleaning service.

My appointment time was scheduled between 2-5pm. The tech arrived about 5:25 pm. Then he proceeded to inform me that the price that I was quoted was not the actual price. He would need to charge me for the eight additional back cushions on the sofa. Therefore, the price would’ve been about $1000 to clean my sofa. I was quoted $400. I had specifically stated that it was a large sectional with long bench cushions on the seat and that it could accommodate seven people. I had him do my chairs and barstools and did not have any of the other upholstery done. He did a great job unfortunately I think this will be the last time I use this company.
