I recently brought my 2021 Jeep in for a recall inspection, and everything checked out perfectly. The inspection was quick, efficient, and the entire process was hassle-free.

I especially want to recognize Bill Conklin for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire appointment smooth from start to finish. He took care of everything, answered my questions, and made sure I had a great experience.

Unfortunately, the review link that was sent to me afterward didn’t work, so I wanted to make sure Bill still received the recognition he deserves. Excellent customer service like his should be acknowledged. Thank you, Bill, for making what could have been an inconvenient appointment such a positive experience!

Made the 4 1/2 hour trip to Iowa for the exact vehicle I wanted. Tyler was helpful in getting us in and out, but also after the sale with a few small issues that came up. But very happy with our purchase

I had a great experience buying my car today! Kevin, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Nolan in finance was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork easy to understand, and helped the whole process go smoothly.

Both Kevin and Nolan were professional, patient, and genuinely made buying a car a positive experience. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a new vehicle. Thank you both for making everything so easy!

Had a really great experience Saturday with salesman Kevin Little! My old Fiesta had issues that weren't worth given its age and mileage. First time car buyer, and the process was smooth! He even checked back inventory for the make and model we originally looked at online and gave us information about Kia Forte's and showed us this car! My fiance had to look stuff up of course but we test drove it and it has all the simple things I wanted in my daily/long-ish distance drive. I really appreciated the time taken to find the best price as well! He routinely checked on us through the whole process - it was very appreciated! It's been fantastic with my commute thus far. There's a minor concern but Kevin and the sales assistant Natalie have been super helpful and communicative - even with my crazy work schedule (:

A+ experience here! My salesman was Jonathan. He was friendly and accommodating, honest and polite; a total class act! I was buying a lower priced car and they treated me like I was buying their most expensive one. They did everything they could to make sure I left happy. Would 100% recommend to others and would definitely go back.
