We always have an outstanding experience with Waste Pro thanks to Driver Unes DieuJuste and Helper Edwin Charles (Truck #133129). They are incredibly professional, hardworking, respectful, and genuinely kind every time they come by. Their positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service never go unnoticed.

One of the things that makes them so special is how they treat my family. My daughter absolutely loves waiting for them on collection day, and they always take the time to wave and say hello to her with a smile. That small gesture means so much to us and truly brightens her day. It shows the kind of caring people they are.

Unes and Edwin are an incredible team. They consistently go above and beyond, always providing exceptional service with a smile. Waste Pro is truly fortunate to have employees like them. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication deserve to be recognized.

Thank you, Unes DieuJuste and Edwin Charles (Truck #133129), for your outstanding service and for making such a positive impact on our community. We truly appreciate everything you do and highly recommend your service!

My Waste Pro driver J W Rony Jean Pierre is an amazingly patient person. He alerts cars to go around the truck safely as he waits to finish his pickups. I recently completed a major yard cleanup and contacted Waste Pro to remove several large piles of palm fronds, coconuts and various other yard waste. I was incredibly impressed by the customer service representative, Sabine, who was both engaging and highly professional. Jose, the truck driver, arrived on schedule, clearly explained the process, and efficiently cleared all of the yard waste. I highly recommend Waste Pro for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

I ordered a new blue 35 gallon recycle bin on line, as my old one was cracked. It was delivered to my property seven working days later, even though there was a holiday and rainy/ windy weather. Very happy with process and new recycle bin.
