Worst credit union on the face of the Earth. My recommendation is to stay as far away from them as possible. They don't keep their word and are a bunch of liars. Agreed to settle accounts along with changing how the payoff was recorded and claimed they don't know who I spoke to. No accountability whatsoever. They just want your money and do not care about their customers.

Héctor was awesome. The staff here were pleasant to deal with and engaged me as soon as I walked through the door. This was the first time I've ever walked through the doors of any of the branches. I was in the area buying building products. Needed cash. Was thankful they were open. Wish there were more locations. I live in Reading and it is a hike to the locations. Most of what I do with citadel is online. Love the app as well. The high yield savings account is a nice way to gain a few extra $. The staff even gave up some food locations when I asked for spots to grab a bite to eat.

I deposited a check In my account which was bigger than my normal amount that I deposit, but none the less I deposit checks in this account every week. They put a hold on the check until 12/24/25 the check was deposited on 12.10/25. I called to see what was the issue they told me I need to provide them documentation about how I got that check now this is 48 hrs after the check was deposited. Someone name Mary in risk management or department told me if you did business with the company that wrote the check you should have documentation, rude I hope they listen to the call, then a customer service representative named Kayla B from exton didn’t want to give me her last name and lied at first and said she was a supervisor then said she was an associate. The customer service with this bank is a joke . Be careful banking while Black with citadel credit union. I had to take a 40 min drive to the Warminster Location to provide the documentation to get my funds released. Jasmine Moore assisted me she was very apologetic and was a very big help to get my funds released. Citadel should have Jasmine Moore train your employees on customer service and politeness. Attn African Americans don’t bank with citadel they discriminate if you deposit a large check …… out of 5-7 employees with this company I spoke with only one Jasmine Moore went the extra mile to resolve this matter which was 100 percent legit …..might I Add…..
