My parents were kindly greeted by Monse at the front desk. I believe Elsa was who worked on them. She did a great job. Frida was extremely helpful break down the treatment plan and payment options. She was detailed and let us know what was urgent and what could wait. She was patient, very warm and welcoming to my elderly mother. Definitely the kind of attitude that makes you feel comfortable to return to.

I also love that this office has a small play area for kids to stay entertained.

Every time I have went to Mack Dental I have received excellent treatment. The staff are very kind, patient and helpful. I saw Dr. Yang at my most recent appointment and she was amazing. She took the time to inform me on my brushing habits about what to do and what not to do. While doing the procedure she took the time to explain each step and why she was doing it, which was very assuring and helped me stay calm throughout. The assistants are caring and compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. The manager was extremely helpful and answered a lot of my questions that I had. Overall, my experience with Mack Dental has been nothing less than exceptional! They truly care about their patients and you can tell by the action in the service that they give. It's not just words, they truly care, and you don't find that a lot these days. I'm grateful to have them as my dental provider!

I highly recommend Mack Dental in Denton to everyone who is looking for amazing dental care. Dr Yang and Dr Taylor are absolutely wonderful. They are very kind and gentle. Rest of the staff from the manager to the assistants and front desk, everyone is super nice and knows their job well.

I highly recommend this dentist office! I was worried about finding a new dentist office I would feel comfortable with. My first impressions were that the staff was very friendly. I was so happy that they were very clean and hygienic, too, which is so important. Ms. Saira was so kind and helpful with everything. She and Dr. Steven made sure I wasn't in any pain during the multiple procedures over several visits I had. They made sure everything was done perfectly and I am so pleased with their work! I have a few more procedures I will probably have done next year and I will definitely be making my appointments with them. Also, I must mention, the office manager there, (I'm sorry I don't know her name) was as kind and helpful as could be! I'm so happy to have found this office; again, highly recommended!!!

I had the absolute best experience with the most professional and polite People here today, Dr. Jenny and Saira were so caring and make sure they gave me several treatment options for the issues that I was having. I never felt pressured to have the work done, but since they were so great, I decided to have my cavity filled right then & there. My son also sees the same dentist and he loves this place as well because they make him feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a good dentist in the Denton area, this is definitely the one you should go see I highly recommend 10/10!
