I had an amazing experience! Alondra gave me the best haircut and blowout. I feel so confident and happy. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I love the final result and will definitely be coming back!

Went in for a root touch up on my highlights., was told it would cost $25 for them to blow dry it (just dry it not style). I opted out of that ridiculous price. When I got home my blonde highlights were now a dull gray color. When I called to get it corrected, I asked if there was anything I could do on my own to fix it as I live in cottonwood and it is over an hour drive each way. I tried their advice but it didn't work. I called back and they said they would call me back with a time... And I haven't heard from them. Don't go here.. awful awful place. Inso regret this. Now I have to go to another salon to fix what they did to me. Just replying to the message the manager has sent to me privately.... So strange that you called me back multiple times and text me... Maybe check the number you called... I got nothing from y'all. Just admit the truth... You forgot to call me back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS PLACE. I tried to explain what I needed done for my son, after being basically told its impossible, I told her just to do what she can. What she did was a five min butcher job. I can see several screw ups, but for 30.00 let's look at the basics of a hair cut. Do you think you can make sure his side burns are straight, or clean and taper up the back like I ASKED! 30 DOLLARS AND SHE COULDN'T EVEN PERFORM THE BASICS OF HAIR CUTS 101. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Showed the stylist a good photo of what my previous hair was like 2-3 months ago. She legit shaved the whole sides down without understanding how my hair flows. Asked me if my sides were looking good when there was obviously uneveness. Anyways if you're used to having your hair done and want to put full trust in the stylist. I wouldn't suggest this place. Otherwise if you're used to guiding your stylist I don't think you'd have a problem.

I'm in my 50s, and have never posted anything in my life. I typically go out in sweat pants and a cap. Low brow but with my wealth it's better to keep a low profile. Unfortunately, I was still judged by the only shop I frequent. I've always laid down $60 on a $25 haircut when I went. I believe in our trades immensely. Regrettably, never going back. Sad too, some there have talent.
