For security attendants, I cannot reccommend the USENTRA team enough. We did not know we would need guards for a short project with a 24 hour post ..... and then we did. It was a scamble and we found the perfect partner, USENTRA Security Services.

They were recommended by a peer non profit art organization in Newport, RI. We talked to three companies and, no question, this was the best fit for our needs.

Where to start --- the very fine people who are the guards, our crew were good communicators (with us and the public - whom they intereacted with for this job), and they were all very well informed and reliable.

Next, great value for the level of service we received and top notch customer service at every step in the process (and so much humor, good will, and kindness too). They also have an easy contracting and payment process.

Finally, very appreciated, and unexpected, was their area representative checking in regularly at the sites being guarded and, further, checking in with me as needed. I felt very secure knowing our art installation was being protected 24/7.

We recently had to hire services for a 10 month job and we knew whom to choose as our vendor -- USENTRA.

USENTRA Security Services has been providing security for our yearly event The Rhode Island Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic since 2018. I can't say enough about the company and the security detail provided to us each year. Working with Jason has been a great experience. He understands our security needs for this event and has provided us with a security team year after year that has met and exceeded our expectations.

I have been an employee for 5 years at USENTRA as a Supervisor at a couple different locations. I have enjoyed working along side my fellow security officers and the management team have been great to me over the years. I would recommend working here.

USentra Security as a company is very professional, accommodating and punctual. Working with USentra has been great schedules are delivered on a timely manner, communication has been excellent and if you ever have a question it will be answered. Having worked for almost 5 years for this company, I can say with confidence that there are improvements that need to be made within the company in order to make it truly a 5-star Security provider. However, I can say for certain that I have definitely enjoyed working with USENTRA Security. There have been some downsides to working here, and COVID certainly didn’t help matters during the early months transitioning to the current name, but the people I have worked with over the years have been mostly understanding. And that’s not even accounting for the fact that when the site I mainly work at was temporarily closed down due to the pandemic, they found other sites for me to work at to alleviate the financial strain that staying home would have put me in.

If I could make some improvements to the company, here are a few healthy and constructive criticisms I would bring to the table:

- An updated employee handbook sent out to all employees via email or provided on their main website via a possible employee portal as a PDF.
- A CLEAR summary of employee benefits
- A definite update of the current PTO system
- An improvement in communication avenues between employees, management and the clients in order to prevent possible situations such as last-minute staffing issues and/or possible walk-outs.

That being said, it has not been easy at times, especially with the transition from RIBI to USENTRA. However, USENTRA Security has treated me pretty fairly as long as I perform to the best of my ability. If I could give any future employees advice, it would be to give USENTRA a chance and form your own opinion rather than trust in reviews. There are plenty of people within the company who are willing to go the extra mile in order to look after you.
