One of the goals of the NCCCP is to increase access to clinical trials in a community setting. Through a strategic partnership between the NCI and participating hospitals, the NCCCP is a hospital-based cancer center network designed to support cancer research, and enhance access to and increase quality of care at community hospitals so more patients benefit from the latest research.
