I’ve worked with Tamila on many deals in the past few years and haven’t had the privilege of working with anyone more committed to her homeowners. She helps make the process smooth and is ready to help in any way necessary to make your dreams of home ownership come true. She knows the market and helps you find the best fit for your family as your needs and goals change. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you are looking for your first home or to move up to something that fits your current needs.

Tamila, thank you so much for everything you did to get our difficult home sold. After 13 months on the market previously, having you take over and sell our house in just a month was incredible!
Your clear strategy got results right away, and your local network of tradespeople alone is worth hiring you for. Whenever a repair or prep item came up prior to closing, you immediately provided trustworthy tradespeople who showed up and handled it without delay. That saved us a tremendous amount of time, money, and stress.
You are straightforward, communicative, efficient, and great to work with from start to finish. We are deeply grateful for all your hard work and very highly recommend you!

We had a wonderful experience working with Tamila during our home-buying journey. She was always available and incredibly responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress‑free. She arranged showings very quickly — often the same day — and always made sure we had all the information we needed.
Her guidance during the price negotiation was especially valuable. Thanks to her expertise and confidence, we felt well-supported and ended up with a deal we were truly happy with. We’re very grateful for her hard work and highly recommend Tamila to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate professional.

I have worked with Tamila multiple times as she helped my family selling an estate home, selling our personal home, and buying our current home. She is very informed and seemed to be the only professional we were working with. She caught issues and inconsistencies in the other realtors’ paperwork. Her negotiating skills are excellent and she made each process run so smoothly. When she was showing us properties, and showing our properties, she knew what to ask, what documents were needed, and how to make appropriate counter offers. She knew who to call for inspections. I trust her completely and would not use anyone else when buying or selling a home!
