Jeff, my technician was professional, friendly, and on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and advised it could be repaired rather than replaced, if I prefer. The repair was done quickly and he saved me some money. He checked all parts of the door closely and also serviced the rollers. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend Marvin Allan.

Garage door installation went perfect, the doors were original to the house from 1983 and Chad did a very thorough, professional job with the installation. I can not be happier with the service received from Marvin Allan Doors. We did notice at the end of the install the original wood doors were through Marin Allan as well, glad to have them work on my house twice.

I am happy with Marvin Allan Door Company to the day the new door panels were installed, the experience was seamless. The staff were friendly and responsive, answering all my questions about garage door replacement panels installation. Work with ANY OTHER COMPANY but this one. From the start to the very end, this company couldn't be more incompetent. They never bothered to enter my garage to do this initial inspection, (should have been red flag 1). Upon accepting their estimate, I asked for color match doors and paid more for them only to find out I had to do the work. No one bothered to tell me I had to color match. No one bothered to tell me the color had to be only from one manufacturer. No one even bothered to tell me that THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO COLOR MATCH, until after I paid!
Every time something needed done, I had to initiate the contact. Apparently they don't know how to dial a phone. I had to find out after several calls that my doors were in...4 days AFTER they were. When they came to do the install they didn't ever bother to bring complete doors. Parts were missing. I paid extra for insulated doors and they were happy to leave a half inch gap ALL THE WAY AROUND both doors and the installer said he could do NOTHING about it. Like I'm supposed to live with huge gaps letting in air after paying for insulation. He was also skilled enough to install the sensor so that it blocked my ONLY entrance, (from inside my home) to my own garage. Thanks to him, I had to walk outside my home to walk into my garage. And again, he was more than happy with that level of professionalism. They even messed up my final invoice by putting a different total amount than what I owed. Oh, and when I went to pay, their system was broken. Literally NOTHING they did was competent, professional or worth going through. Run, don't walk away from this company!!
