The WORST PLACE TO GO.
I went there for a dental cleaning. They told me I need more stuff: cavities, deeper cleaning, the works- normal.
After that, they proceeded to make me wait FOUR HOURS for a payment plan explanation.

During my 4 hours waiting, I saw how multiple customers get their initial quotes changed because some doctors have more conservative ideas than others.
My wife, who went there at the same time as me, went for a promoción of 60 dollars and ended up paying 280. No one asks, " Are you okay with the price change, or do you want to add this.

Be very careful because all the forms to sign at the beginning are to cover all these practices of changing prices, and you sign for it before you are even seen by a doctor.

Oh, and after 4:45 hours waiting, they never called me, and still no one contacted me to tell me, " Hey, look, this is the place.

Really bad place. Go somewhere else; NOT RECOMMENDED.

I found Radiant Smiles through ZocDoc and at each appointment I got to meet such friendly and caring staff. I love getting at A+ on my teeth and gums, but they also took the time to answer all the questions I had about my dental routine and Invisalign options. I really recommend this office and any dentist that fits your schedule!

I take very good care of my teeth. They have barely had any issues, i floss daily, brush 2x a day, like i truly care about them. Go in for cleanings every 6 months.

Well, when i first moved to Vegas 5 years ago I came here to get a regular cleaning and was told by the hygienist after she looked at my teeth that she couldn't do a cleaning for me as I needed a "deep cleaning" bc I had gingivitis, which was something like $600+ and not included in my plan, which was for a regular cleaning. She refused to give me my regular clean.

I've been to 2 different dentists since, had x-rays and full inspections and both said my teeth were perfectly fine. No symptoms at all of gingivitis. I wouldn't trust this place with your teeth. Crazy to think someone you're supposed to trust could take advantage like that.

Dr. Vivi is amazing! I’m so glad I found such a good dentist! And the staff is so nice and helpful! Dr. Vivi got my smile right! Within a year my smile is finally where I want it. I’m so glad I chose to come here. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Radiant Smiles for several years. The office staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have never had a long waiting time for my appointment. Dr. Vivi is the best!! She makes me feel at home She is concerned about my comfort during the time she is working on my teeth. She is forthcoming if I need treatment she explains what is needed and the office goes over the finances. I have recommended this office to several of my friends.
