The PT and assistants at this location are great!!! My problem is with the Corporate Office. I was going here at the time they were switching their payment software. They had my card on file and took payment while I was there. They took 2 payments that are lost in their system. I spoke with their Corporate office and they say they did their research and I owe them for the two visits. I even went over to the location and a tech sent an email stating that I had already paid them. The bank recommended I send them my bank statement where it shows the deduction from my account on those date. HELL NO. Im not sending them my bank statement. So now I'll just let it go to collections and then prove to them I paid it. Here I'll even show you the dates in dispute. June 15 & 17 where this shows where it was deducted from my account the very next day. Now I'm being harassed. People who work in health care are usually good people. Doctors, nurses, PT's, phlebotomist and so on. The problem lies with corporate America in privatized Healthcare.

ATI's billing offices are not local and are unethical. ATI advertises at being on lower cost insurance tiers, but they bill at the higher ones. The billing reps are good at pretending they care, but dont follow through.

All the staff have been wonderful, especially Beth my main therapist. After just a few visits I can feel some improvement and very optimistic that my health will improve.

This is the second shoulder replacement for me ! ATI in corrales did a great job with helping me heal with my first one , so we are in the middle of the second shoulder , so far , so good . All staff very friendly and professional !

Video Physical Therapy with Dr Jessee Brunner has been a great success! It has been nice not having the stress of getting to a physical address, but into your own home.
