I called Soap and Steam on Monday- they answered right away- asked them if they could come same week- and they were like, “absolutely!”
My couch is over 13 years old, cream-colored, and has survived children, dogs, and life. I’m so impressed with the job they did- it looks incredible.
I also had six cream dining room chairs that were in really bad shape. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but they seriously brought everything back to life. It’s sooo much better.
They were also so kind, fast, efficient, and now I know- trustworthy. They did an incredible job and made the whole process so easy. I will absolutely have them back again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs their upholstery cleaned!

They did a wonderful job cleaning all the carpet in our rental house! The carpet had multiple stains from 3 years of rough use and marks left during move out, but they were able to get everything out so it looks good as new! Easy to use booking system with very rapid availability (booked a Monday afternoon cleaning on Friday afternoon). Great communication leading up to the appointment - gave us a 30 min arrival window and when the prior appointment went a bit over, let us know ahead of time about the approximately 15 minute delay in arrival. Overall highly recommend Fabio & team and will definitely use them again!

Fabio was incredible, made my appointment yesterday and he came today! Even let me move my appointment by 30 minutes due to a work meeting I had, he was very professional and let me add on a quick rug cleaning at the end of the appointment, I will absolutely be using this company again! 10/10!

Fabio did a fantastic job in my place. He deep cleaned the couch and 3 rooms total. The carpets look pretty much new. Additionally, he was punctual with time, professional and a really nice person. Will be reaching out again soon for the hardwood floors. Thanks man!
