I knew when I walked in the door that this is what I wanted for my house! Then… I met Bethany and LOVED her. I worked with Bethany, her son Jon Walker and Sonya on my project. This was the easiest and most enjoyable update of my house and it took me from my jumbled up mess to a real home! I told them what I liked and they just took it and worked their magic!

Then we sold the house 🤦‍♀️. There is no doubt that their design helped sell it.

We purchased a house that really needed some help and of course I went to them again. The transformation was incredible!! Bethany can walk into a room and know instantly what it needs and the furnishings she uses are of excellent quality. She, Sonya and Jon Walker were so much fun to work with. They go above and beyond and give you the home you were dreaming of. I consider them as some of my favorite friends now and sometimes I go in the store just to visit because I miss them.

They have hired additional staff now and they are just as sweet. You will always get a smile when you walk in. Bethany told me she wanted her business to be a place where you walked in and felt welcome and comfortable, and that is ABSOLUTELY what you get!

This will continue to be my favorite place to shop!!!

From the very first time I walked through the doors of Refine, I felt as though I was in the presence of a lifelong friend. Bethany has a genuine gift for making everyone feel welcome, valued, and completely at home. She, her son Jon Walker, and the entire staff truly care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do.

Over the years, they have gone above and beyond for me in more ways than I can count. From making numerous trips to my home to help turn a house into a home with their beautiful furnishings, to special orders, after-hours assistance, and countless thoughtful touches, their level of customer service is truly unmatched.

When my daughter completed her new build, there was never a question about who I wanted helping her. I knew she would be in the very best hands.

And their talents extend far beyond home furnishings! They have helped style me for some of life’s most important occasions, assisted with bridal registries, and always made every experience feel personal and special. Sometimes I stop in for nothing more than laundry detergent, a candle, or a gift, and somehow even the simplest visit feels like stopping by to see friends.

What makes Refine so extraordinary isn’t just the beautiful store or the gorgeous merchandise. It’s the people behind it. Bethany and her staff have built something far more meaningful than a business. They’ve created a place where relationships matter, kindness is genuine, and customers become friends.

When you walk through the doors of Refine, you’re not just a customer. You become part of the Refine family. And I am so grateful to be a part of it! ❤️

Bethany and her staff are always so welcoming at Refine. It doesn’t matter if I’m calling to hold my shoe size, running by to grab a gift, or trying on ALL of the dresses to find the right one, everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate whatever I need with a smile.😊
