All of the staff at Fantastic Sams make me feel right at home. Maria always does a "FANTASTIC" job coloring and styling my hair. I've been a satisfied customer for many years.

Overall, great experience with Armida who colored and cut my hair. Wait was a bit longer than anticipated, but she was very attentive when my turn came and she really did an awesome job with my cut. I wanted a shaggy stacked bob with very wispy bangs and long tendrils on each side of my face. I'm very happy and will definitely ask for her again.

Tried to do a walk-in and the gal who helped put me in the system was the absolute sweetest person. She told me she had me all set up and that as soon as the stylist was done helping the gentleman she was currently cutting she'd be right with me. I put my airpods in and waited patiently for my appointment. After about 20 minutes a lady came out with her male client and I assumed that would be my stylist so I took my airpods out waiting to be called. The stylist then went over to the stacks of magazines across from me and crouched down to flip through the magazines. After about 10 minutes, the gal who checked me in came out from the back and said to magazine lady, "Maria, she's been waiting for you!" Maria then checked the system and told me, "Oh I saw that in there but I assumed you were waiting for someone else." I could tell Maria was irritated to take a walk-in but I tried to go through with it anyway because I really needed some pampering and my hair hadn't been cut in 14 months. I had already left a previous salon that day where the stylist told me she only had 10 minutes to cut my hair but would take me anyway, so to feel like a burden for the 2nd time that day ended up being too much and I ended up having to leave.

Had Stephanie cut my hair for the first time today. She's always so nice when I've come in but she really made me feel important and recognized that this was the first time she's done my hair. Thank you so much Stephanie!!

I requested a trim to long hair with long layers. Wash is included in the service. Nancy cut my hair and did so very carefully, taking time to measure out layers and gauge evenness as she went. Her cutting and styling technique felt the same as what I've experienced at private salons. I felt like she cared about the health and texture of my hair. She checked the amount to cut with me twice before starting and was very accurate in the end. The leave-in conditioner was wonderful. I was in and out in about 35-40 minutes. Great experience with a seasoned, mindful stylist.
