I don’t even know where to start what could have been a complete nightmare turned into one of the most impressive service experiences I’ve ever had.

I had an interior clog that caused an overflow, damaging my hardwood floors and sheetrock. I made an after hours call to Spartan Restoration, and within 45 minutes a project manager was already at my door. Not long after that, their crew arrived within the hour and immediately got to work.

From start to finish, this was true white-glove treatment. They took incredible care in protecting my home, were extremely professional, and communicated every step of the process with total clarity. There was no confusion, no guessing just straight-up competence and reassurance during a stressful situation.

What really stood out was how they handled the insurance side of things. They walked me through the entire process, answered every question, and honestly took a huge weight off my shoulders. That alone made a massive difference

The best I ever worked with, reasonable price, and came right on time. The crew was very professional and cooperative, constantly asking what I would like and how I want them to take care of items. The owner himself stopped by to make sure I was satisfied. Every item was wrapped properly and handled perfectly for the safety and security of my fragile items.

We had an electrical fire in the middle of the night at our home during a storm with our 10 month old baby. Mike and Bobby at spartan restoration turned a very scary stressful time into a positive experience. Bobby was there the next day to help us submit a proper claim and Mike and the spartan clean up crew was there the same week. They not only deep cleaned the home, but organized closets and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our washer machine backed up, flooding the laundry room with soapy water. Rob and the Spartan team showed up quick, sucked it all up, and dried the floors and cabinets. Rob was straightforward about the process and made sure everything was sanitized. Back to washing clothes without worry. Solid job!

Spartan came through big time when our basement flooded after a heavy rainstorm. I called in a panic late at night, Rob picked up right away, calming me down and scheduling a team for the next morning. The crew showed up next day, assessed everything quickly. Jason and Eddie were hauling equipment and making sure no mold set in. The place dried out perfectly, and they even helped file the insurance claim. Super professional, I'd call them again without hesitation.
