If you ask for fresh fries, they will make it for you. If you make a complaint, they will give you something free to make up for the problem, if something doesnt satisfy my need, they will make sure it does. I love this Mcdonalds because they put Customers First like it should be.

I'm a fast food slob. I have eaten in every MdDonalds in the Lower Mainland and this one is my favorite. The staff are awesome and the managers are nice people. I once walked into McDonalds with a Burger King pie and they gave me some McDonalds pies for free. That's just one example.

just got home to open my big mac and frys,,,why is it when you order a biggie fries do the open it just enough to jam some frys in it and cold ones at that. Could you at least open the container and fill it up. And to add insult to injury the guy tells you sorry for the wait they ewere making frys come on ....mcdonalds barnet coquitlam is on my pass by and hit the next one list.. really disappointing when your hungry
