Bought a silver chain in January from cce pawn brokers on granville for over 700$ and brought it back today and only offered me scrap value 150$ SMH scammers.

Do not sell your gold here if you want the best price. I went in to sell a gold bracelet and a silver coin as their website listed a decent price. They offered me $17 less per gram than what was listed on their website. I asked several times if they are going to honour the price listed, and they came up in price a little but still $9 bellow the website. Then rudely, the fellow says my 19 grams bracelet is too heavy and they don’t buy such heavy bracelet. What a joke, they have hundreds of hefty chains and bracelets hanging everywhere.

I went down the street to Gold Vancouver, without an appointment. I was treated with respect, and received their listed website price which was only a few cents lower than the pawnbroker.

Lastly, the pawnbroker is located in their foreign currency exchange space, so there is no privacy. I did not feel safe as there were customers coming and going.

Super rude and snappy man behind the counter. Started freaking out when I went online to double check the price per gram. Terrible experience. I would never go back here. Their service is very bad. There's so many other places around, choose one of them instead!

Worst experience ever . Went in the shop to purchase and look at jewelry . The lady at the desk did not say hello . Her first interaction with me was very rude . Answering my questions with dumb smirks . I asked about diamond necklaces . She made a stupid remark about how there’s no market it for it a she knows rappers . Who wear fake moissanite necklaces . I aslo asked the boss nicely who made the “ native eagle silver a gold bracelet. Asking for the artist . He gave me attitude saying “ idk who made the peice you expect to know the artist ?? While he’s pulling out the bracelets aggressively. Very poor quality experience with this place do not buy from here . Especially if you’re native or any people of culture . They should be out of business if this is how they treat customers . I’m going to tell all my people never to support or buy from this so called establishment.
