I had roof moss removal done by Harrison's Property Service last Friday (May 22, 2026). The quality of the service, which also included gutter and downspout cleaning, was excellent! Initial contact and communication with the pleasant owner was prompt, clear and straightforward. The work was performed by the two-man team of Nolan and Nelson who arrived on time and provided high quality, professional, and courteous service. I was completely satisfied with their work and the company in general and would highly recommend this business.

I hired Harrison Property Services in April 2026 to power wash my driveway, all my sidewalks and concrete patios . They did stepping stones and hidden corners deep in moss. Santiago was the name of the young man who did all the power washing. He was amazing and I could not be happier with the work he did. He worked all day and really did not stop for a break!!!! I have had power washing done on my property in the past and no-one has done such a good job. I would give Santiago a 5 star+++. A week later Nikita and Jacob arrived to sweep Polymer sand between the bricks laid in my pathways to deter unwanted plant growth. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend this company for power washing and I thank them for a job well done.

I hired this company to clean my roof, gutters, and windows. Unfortunately, the windows were not cleaned properly. Many of them were left with very visible marks and streaks, especially in direct sunlight — honestly worse than before in some areas. I attached photos for reference.

I emailed them the next day to politely mention the issue and ask for their thoughts. After receiving no response, I sent a second follow-up email a few days later. Unfortunately, I still have not received any reply or acknowledgment. Considering I spent over $1,000 with this company, I would have expected at least a response.

What was especially disappointing is that not all windows were cleaned by hand. Some were cleaned only using a water-fed pole and brush system. If you are looking for detailed window cleaning done by hand with proper glass cleaner and finishing, this may not be the right company for you.

In the end, I had to re-clean several windows myself. For me, there is nothing more frustrating than paying someone to do work you do not have the time to do yourself, only to end up having to redo it afterward.

One thing that also concerns me is that the company advertises a 12–24 month moss-free guarantee for roof treatment. However, given that I could not even get a response regarding this issue, it does make me wonder how difficult it would be to obtain support if I ever needed to rely on that guarantee in the future.

My neighbour recently asked me whether I would recommend this company, and unfortunately my answer would currently be no. Very disappointing experience overall.

Booking was easy as Harrison was responsive to chat by phone/email/text with throughout the process.

Job was done quickly except for power wash…had to wait a bit for that.
Suggestion: provide booties to put over boots. One worker left his muddy footprints on carpet..not good. And please wipe down fingerprints.

Due to heavy rains, our gutters were plugged and overflowing. We contacted Harrison property management and they not only contacted us the next day but were able to come and complete the work 2 days later. We were so appreciative and would recommend them to our friends and family.

The gutter cleaning seemed to go well, even though it's been too long since the last cleaning. So the buildup in some of the gutters may have been large. Thanks to Harrison's crew for doing ta good job.
The window cleaning went well, especially for the unit owners who removed the window screens. Those that didn't would have gotten windows that were cleaned only as well as that situation allowed. Windows with screens removed were cleaned well. Also the crew washed the removed screens. Thanks for that.
All in all I give the Harrison's crew a big "high five". They did a good job!

We hired Harrison’s Property Services to take care of a long list of exterior cleaning and maintenance tasks. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and our tenants commented on how professional, friendly, and easy to work with they were.

They worked hard all day to complete everything we asked for, and the results are outstanding. The house hadn't been properly cleaned for about 10 years, and now it looks shiny and clean. We are happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience.

TLDR (too long didn’t read) AKA a summary;
The work was alright, not worth the price. They could have spent more time cleaning the roof and more time cleaning up the yard. Would pick a more responsive company or a smaller company who cares about customer service and timely communication next time.

Review:
The quote for de-mossing my roof was given fairly quickly and the job was also done fairly quickly (approx 4 hours). However, there seems to still be moss here and there on the roof - which apparently is OK. I emailed them Monday night when I got the invoice earlier that day and it’s now Friday night and still no one has responded to my email. I tried to leave a voicemail but it was full. I decided to text them, and still no one replied. Honestly, paying more to have someone pick up your call and answer your questions or come back to take a look would be worth it. When they finally got back to me, they said they were on vacation… then they said they’d come take a look but never set a time. Then they said they didn’t need to come because I had photos and he felt the job was done to satisfaction. However not once did he recognize that I wasn’t satisfied with the result. Again though, for the price I paid compared to the outcome, I expected better results. I’ve seen better roofs from different companies who did better jobs.

Also, no one took photos of the roof before work began or after the work was done -which would have been nice and transparent. Same with letting me know how many anchors were placed and then removed and patched. Nothing.

I’ve paid my bill but a discount wasn’t even offered to alleviate the fact that I was ignored for a week and then again, for that visit that never happened because they never set a concrete date and only have housing them via email and text did I get a response. That’s not customer service.

I’d pick a different company next time.

Oh and offering a discount for a 5-star review is 100% unethical.
