I know people probably don’t like to work at these type of environments but at least act nice and friendly to customers. Those employees have long faces never greet me when I come in nor just try to be friendly. The shift leader is the same . It’s for the 2 female employees I hope management speaks to the them. The guy he was really nice and helpful

We arrived at the drive thru speaker 5 minutes before closing. As soon as the clock hits 9:00, all of sudden someone wants to use their voice and say that they’re closed. I let them know that I was waiting, and all they did was laugh. Several locations actually have rude baristas. It’s not that hard to treat people with basic respect and professionalism.

We are walking, we tried to order from drive thru because we didn’t want to get inside the starbucks. And this person just straight ignored us when we tried to talk to the speaker, then i walked to the window, i was at the window tried to order and he straight up closed the window on our face and forced us to get in and order. So are we not allowed to walk or ride a bicycle or ride a scooter to order because we are unable to get in? Rude. That’s why yall store got bad review because yall sucks.

Ordered a white mocha with a vanilla soft top. They forgot the soft top and the drink didnt taste like th standard white mocha. Additionally, the bacon guoda sandwich was missing the bacon, also the sanwhich was all slid apart too .... dissatisfied with this location in their constituency and lack of fixing mistake on this order. Worst SB order to date. I may just boycott this location.
