do not come here I came in here to go get my hair done for the first week of school and I called and asked if they had an appointment. They told me they had an appointment for 4 o’clock. I came in at 4 o’clock. They didn’t start my hair until 5:30 I know that I have long hair. I asked him if they knew how to fold the hair so I can get a shoulder style. They told me yes and once I came in my total went for one $160-$240 every time the lady did not want to do something she upped the price as well as gave random prices. She told me that it was $20 to add three colors while told another lady that it wasn’t as well as changed the prices for other people I asked for a medium knotless box braid style color, 613 4 and 27. if you have a lot of hair, do not come they will try to charge you extra and tell you that they can’t do something that they can because they don’t wanna deal with it. as well as being very unprofessional, the lady tried to give me large parts and small braids in the back of my head and when I asked to view the back of my head, she was hesitant to show me because she knew that what she did was wrong. She proceeded to be very unprofessional and try to have me pay for the hair after I ask her to politely take it out. She just also decided to argue and cause a scene. she had a very nasty attitude as well as the owner agreeing what she did was wrong, but also admitting that she saw that with the lady was doing wrong, but didn’t say nothing cause she was gonna do the front of my head basically having medium size in the front, but large in the back because the lady was being lazy. I will never be coming back again and I hope you never come either. They’re very unprofessional. They charge very high prices and they’re very lazy. The photo I provided of the TikTok is what I showed her what I wanted and the next photo is which she try to give me also, if you do decide to go on with the services, just know they will be all in your phone looking at everything that you do and what you say or who you text the lady had got mad at me for showing my mother what she had did to my hair causing her to take out my hair she also proceeded to say I didn’t like my hair because I show my mother which was a lie because I had told her to take it out before I told my mother they would not take out my hair until my mother had to talk to the owner also while taking out my hair, I asked the lady how many braids does she have left? She had an attitude and said why do you wanna take it out? I told her yes so I can get out of the very hostile environment, and I walked out and left.

I absolutely love this braid shop! This was my first time coming, and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. The shop was very clean, comfortable, and had such a great atmosphere. Macey and Glory installed my knotless braids, and they did an amazing job! They worked quickly while still making sure my braids looked neat and beautiful. The music was great too, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for great service, a welcoming environment, and beautiful braids!

As a fellow business owner, I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews because I understand that mistakes happen. However, my experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision before driving out of their way.I contacted the salon, booked an appointment for twists, was quoted $160 and was told to come in at 12:00 PM that same day.When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was hair scattered outside the building. Once inside, the salon wasn’t as clean as I expected. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they appeared to be busy.The braider told me she needed another 30 minutes, which I understood. After waiting, I was then told it would be another 15 minutes. By this point, I was becoming frustrated but I stayed because I needed my hair done.A few minutes later, another woman, who I assumed was the owner, approached me and asked if I was the client getting the style. I was there alone, so I told her yes. She then informed me that the style would actually cost $220, not the $160 I had been quoted.As a business owner myself, changing the price by $60 after the client has already arrived and waited over an hour is unacceptable. If there was a pricing mistake, it should have been honored or discussed before I made the trip.To make matters worse, after informing me of the new price, she then told me they didn’t actually have anyone available to do my hair. She had called two other braiders but wasn’t sure when or if they would arrive.At that point, I had driven 30 minutes, waited over an hour, been given a last-minute price increase and then told there wasn’t even a stylist available to perform the service I had booked.I left extremely disappointed and ended up buying more hair so I could do my own hair in a different style. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I’ve had. I understand that things can go wrong, but communication, organization and honoring quoted prices are basic expectations. Hopefully this feedback helps the business improve but I also hope it helps someone else avoid wasting their time, gas, and money.

Excellent work! I am beyond satisfied with my boho knotless!! After leaving my appointment I went to get food and the beauty supply and both places I was asked who braided my hair. These are the best braids I’ve had in years. The prices are also reasonable and affordable. I will continue to patron the shop for braids.
