The space is absolutely gorgeous filled with plants, colorful decor, and cozy corners that make it feel warm and welcoming. The tacos were fantastic: fresh ingredients, tender meat, bright flavors, and perfectly balanced toppings. Every detail, from the presentation to the atmosphere, made this a memorable meal!

Lovely

What
Got a couple of drinks and some appetizers. The guac was okay, I didn't realize they added cheese and also pickled onions on there, it was different (personally would prefer it without the cheese), the chips were good - nice, warm and crisp! The ceviche was also great, the portion was decent. The flight experience was very interesting, they have all the things for you to have a great experience, sip, clean palette, do it again.

Environment
This is located near a building and there is parking in the back, I can see it getting a bit tough since it seems it is limited. The inside was very nicely decorated, low lights, great evening, event type of restaurant. It has the vibes.

Niceness of the staff
I sat at the bar, and everyone was very friendly. I was able to ask all the questions, got all the attention I needed and had a good time.

Dollar
It was a decent dollar I guess. More on the expensive side if you ask me, but thats cause the ambience is so nice.

Yes
I would return and recommend this place.

Made reservations here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Space is gorgeous, food was delicious, and our waitress truly went above and beyond for our out-of-town birthday girl. Cannot say enough great things about Reyes, and looking forward to returning!

Great place to grab delicious Mexican food.

I love the setting of the restaurant. Parking is free which is beautiful for the location.

The inside of the restaurant mashes you feel as if you’re stepping into a different world which adds to the experience.

The food was delicious. I have to get better with actually recording the food lol but we had rice and beans, guacamole, beef and chicken empanadas and the French toast tres leche cake. That cake was delicious!!

It’s a restaurant you need to make reservations for if you’re going later in the evening. We had a late lunch so it’s wasn’t busy.

We had a great experience at Reyes Mezcaleria last Sunday. We were a group of four and went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious and the cocktails were very good. The staff were really nice and the service was impeccable.

Stepping into this restaurant, gave the feel of being in another country. Everything is so authentically well designed. It was my first time trying ceviche and it was divine! Our server was pleasant and super kind. They created a cute birthday card for my sister- thoughtful. I’m not sure if the evening we attended was short staffed but it did take some time to bring out everything- the drinks, appetizer, main dishes, boxes, checks. All of it was a delay. Nonetheless, the food checked off all the boxes! Delicious, the lamb was beyond moist. Maybe that’s why it took longer-to get that moist texture. I highly recommend this dish. I can’t wait to come back again and try another dish.

We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had such a good time. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the decor is beautiful, it really adds to the experience and makes it feel like a special night out.

The food did not disappoint either. Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. The portions were just right for sharing, and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from so everyone at the table found something they loved.

Overall, it was the perfect spot for a celebration. Between the tasty food, friendly service, and the super nice decor, we all left happy and full. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice Mexican food in a fun setting in DT orlando!

We had a Yelp event showcasing some of the Magical dining items there tonight and that was absolutely lovely. We stood the whole time because we didn't secure a table but it was not too bad. They started off with the cechive which offered snapper, red onions, tomatoes, cucumber and pineapple. The tastes were subtle but good. The croquetas de rajas were formed balls filled with corn, Poland, red onions and queso Oaxaca which had a good size to them and the flavors really blended nicely. The lamb birria you built yourself and I got a thick piece of lamb, topped it off with some red onions slices and consume atop the Oaxacan corn tortilla. Lamb can be earthy if not cooked well but this one had superb seasoning on it and fell apart deliciously. The mushroom barbacoa was spicy but such a tasty delight, just have some water ready if spicy gets you. The huge red snapper... honestly, I wanted to eat it all even though it was bigger than my head. The first serving I had was a lot of skin which I normally don't eat but I did tonight. The second time I got some, it was more of the fish meat and it was not dry at all. The two desserts were delicious with the perfect level of crunch for the churro plus that guera cake with flan and tres leches is heavenly. If I don't make it back by Magical dining, I will definitely return just to enjoy the food. The entertainment of the two dancers from México Danza Orlando was also spectacular to see. The performers lit up the room with their moves, and the dazzling, colorful costumes swayed beautifully in rhythm with the music.

A 4.5. Beautiful very clean place in North District of downtown Orlando, in Orange Avenue. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable of what they are servicing. Large list of tequilas and mezcals, and good list of Mexican beers. Not a place for whiskey lovers.
Food is excellent, beautifully presented, amazing different taste. Just a note: on the spicy side. The menu is not extensive but this makes the food plates to be constants.
A great stop for lunch, or dinner with friends.
Second note: You won’t stop eating the chips.

From the moment we walked into Reyes Mezcaleria, we were impressed. The rustic-modern interior and beautifully curated bar immediately set the mood for a top-tier dining experience. The mezcal and tequila selection alone is jaw-dropping – definitely a paradise for spirit lovers.

We started with house-made chips and salsa, and both the verde and roja salsas were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. I ordered the Tuna Tostada, and it was absolutely divine – beautifully plated with vibrant, fresh ingredients that balanced perfectly. We also tried the Snapper Fish Tacos and Carne Asada Tacos – both were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

The drinks were equally impressive. I had a mezcal-based Old Fashioned that was expertly balanced with citrus and smoke – easily one of the best I’ve had.

Service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server offered great suggestions from both the food and drink menus, and everything arrived promptly and beautifully presented.

Reyes Mezcaleria nails every detail – from ambiance to cocktails to cuisine. Whether you’re a local or visiting Orlando, make sure this spot is on your list!

Wonderful first time experience at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, freshly made and service was great. We ordered the small plates and enjoyed them all. Even the chips are made in house and the freshly made tortillas were awesome.

Restaurant seating was comfortable and a good amount of space between tables. Lighting and decor very nice.

I wanted a chicken dish of some sort and there was only 1 option which was a half chicken. I passed and ordered a side of rice and Brussel sprouts. Brussel sprouts came out black with a charred coating of something not very tasty. Bill came to $18.98 and I left hungry.

Coworkers: small portions were had by all. Wine served was a very small amount which caught some by surprise.

Server was great (Jack?). Very friendly and helpful in making recommendations.

Parking is terrible. A few street spots but otherwise nearby parking garage with a 2 hour limit. I would not return or recommend.

Went midday and it was brunch time so there was nothing in the menu I was really craving except the tamal and the michelada.
The tamal was very good. The guacamole is also very good. The michelada was a bit over priced at $20 for what it is & size.
Definitely would like to try the dinner menu someday.
The ambiance was very relaxed. Not busy at all so it was quiet.
The service was nice. We were there briefly.
