Nathan, Karla, and his team were the epitome of service. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. There was never a time from start to finish where I was unsure if I was being taken care of. Something unique: I got an email before the start of every weekend of my current status and the steps to follow with a rough timeline and documents needed. That was exceptional. 1st transaction with North Star Mortgage, as a closing agent we were very pleased at how easy it was to work with Nathan. He provided excellent, professional, and prompt service. Obtained the loan approval for our client's quickly and efficiently with difficult circumstances and obstacles to overcome, Nathan managed to close on our client's loan in less than 20 days. Nathan made the process very easy for all parties, even provided the anxious Sellers with some comforting information to assure them the transaction would close before the contract closing deadline.
