I had been wanting to fully remove my pubic hair for YEARS but was honestly too embarrassed to ever book an appointment anywhere. I finally called Smooth Forever Electrolysis the same day on a random day off and Naomi was actually able to fit me in that evening. It was my very first time getting electrolysis and she immediately made me feel comfortable and not judged AT ALL.

The drive from Calabasas was 1000% worth it. Parking was super easy and they validate, which made everything even less stressful. My appointment was booked for 2 hours, but since I had a little more hair than expected and I was her last client of the day, she stayed extra few mins to get more cleared.

I was a little embarrassed because I kept getting an erection since she was working down there, but she was very professional, and understanding. That honestly meant a lot to me because most places would have rushed me out.

The results have already been life-changing for my confidence. I used to feel embarrassed about my hair constantly and now I finally feel like I’m doing something for myself that I should have done years ago. She even checked on me the next day to make sure everything was healed nicely. I’m already coming back in a few days for my brows, beard line-up, armpits, and feet. Highly recommend!

If anyone is looking to get permanent hair removal done, I cannot recommend Naomi and her studio ENOUGH!! WOW, this is genuinely the best experience I have had with any sort of hair removal service! Not only is she extremely diligent with her work, but her space is also so clean, she is so professional, and just a pleasure to work with! I had started doing electrolysis at another place before I found this studio and no one ever took the time to explain the process the way Naomi does. She always shows you the progress throughout the treatment so you really feel like you know what is going on. Her equipment is top of the line and I am getting better results from Naomi than I had been getting at my previous place. I also appreciate so much how she takes the time to do a consultation at the first appointment and always follows up a couple hours after the treatment to see how you are recovering. If you are at all considering electrolysis, you should 100% book with Naomi. I rarely leave reviews but she is really that amazing!!

I’ve been seeing Naomi for electrolysis on my chin, and after just two sessions I’m already seeing great results. I had such a great experience at Smooth Forever Electrolysis! I came in for a bikini line treatment with Naomi, and she made the whole process feel comfortable, professional, and VERY easy to understand. I can’t stress enough how amazing this experience was! After having a very informative consultation with Naomi, where she explained everything about the entire process, I was ready to get started! Her professionalism is above A+! I was very comfortable and I felt almost nothing during the treatment. Plus, she’s very organized, efficient & her studio is clean & inviting. I came to see Naomi today for a few different areas. She did a little work on my eyebrows, she lined up my beard and neck, and did some work on my chest. Her skills are top-notch & I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I’ve struggled with PCOS, hormonal changes, and lots of unsightly facial hair for over 20 years. I have literally tried every kind of hair removal method, but I can honestly say that electrolysis is truly the only permanent solution. Naomi came up with a plan for me and encouraged me to commit to the taking care of my skin before and after every single treatment. Naomi is Amazing! For many years, I was getting laser hair removal on my back & my chest but the hair kept coming back after few months. So I was little nervous for my first time getting electrolysis but her nice personality calm me down right away. Her studio is very beautiful and clean and everything was perfect! I was sooo surprised because I had zero pain when she was removing the hair and I wasn’t red after the session! I will for sure be going back to see Naomi to get rid of all this hair permanently! 10 stars!
