I started my nurse practitioner work at Fort Smith, Arkansas, and oncology from there. I completely loved it and I realized how incredible Mercy is. We are offering kindness. My favorite part is when patients walk in with anxiety and, after they gain understanding, I can see the relaxation and they're able to open up.
