I've had the pleasure of working with the Cremation Society of Maryland twice, most recently for the cremation of my wife. In both instances the Cremation Society was both professional and sympathetic to my issues and concerns. I was extremely pleased with both experiences and highly recommend their services.

I recommend CSM very highly. They were easy to work with, competent and timely in response, and very quick to send remains and DCs. I was able to complete all matters online or over the phone! CSM personnel were always available and helpful.

Very helpful and available to communicate when needed. They were understanding of me being antsy to get the death certificates, but i didn’t need to be because they took care of it in a very timely fashion. They were greatly flexible with requests or changes to requests that i had.

The Maryland Cremation Society was wonderful in the process of caring for our family when dealing with our loved ones passing. We prepaid services ahead of time, so everything went well without any problems. Paperwork was handled quickly and easily. Thank you so much for your support through this time. I highly recommend preparing ahead of time, it takes undue stress out of an already stressful situation.

We had the best experience with Cremation Society of Maryland. They made my Father’s passing less difficult by taking care of everything. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend them. The staff was caring and compassionate. I thank them with all my heart.
