My technician, Scott, did a good job analyzing and then replacing the motor for my almost 10-year-old garage door opener. I like that Scott synced the opener to my phone and explained the newer technology that has come out. I feel the price for everything--motor, nylon ball bearing rollers, 2 remotes, key pad and walk control mount--was pricey. However, everything seems to work well and the doors are very quiet opening and closing.

Precision Door provided updates on our new garage door during the shipping phase. They called once it was in their warehouse to schedule the install. our installer Mike texted the morning of the install and when he would arrive. They did a very clean install, laid things out, made sure door and door rail hardware was straight, level and made the necessary adjustments. Once door completed, Mike went over warranty information and what to do and then answered any questions I had. Then they cleaned everything up before leaving. Highly recommend them.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. We never had to wonder what was happening with our order, they stayed on top of notifying us. The install was earlier than we expected. The install Tech was informative, professional, and did an amazing job. We have had the doors only for a day, but so far everything is working great! The process was easy and thorough! We are Very pleased!

Precision Garage Door was an excellent choice from start to finish. I found them through a Google search, called their customer service line, and was able to schedule a repair very quickly.

My service representative was Dylan Starnes. From his initial phone call letting me know he was on his way until the moment he left my property, Dylan was courteous, professional, efficient, and thorough. He is a veteran who served his country, and he now serves his customers at Precision with that same level of excellence.

Would I have Dylan back? Absolutely. Precision Garage Door will be my go-to company for service and repair moving forward.

The process of have a garage door and opener installed on my house was excellent. The salesman gave me clear and accurate information on the equipment options and installation process. The materials arrived ahead of schedule and the office coordinator called to schedule the best date to install the door. The installation technician was on time and had the door up and working in 4 hours. He was organized polite and very neat. I’m supper pleased with the results.
