The "Magic Mushroom" Burger is a Must-Try

If you're a fan of umami, the Magic Mushroom burger here is elite. It’s a double smash patty topped with a serious amount of sautéed cremini and shiitake mushrooms, melted Swiss, and a very potent truffle aioli.

It’s rich, earthy, and definitely messy, but easily one of the best mushroom Swiss burgers I’ve had. The brioche bun holds up surprisingly well against all that sauce. Just a heads up—the truffle flavor is strong, so it's perfect for mushroom lovers. Highly recommend pairing it with the lemon-herb fries to balance out the richness!
