I set up a service call, never saw them, tractor never moved, got a bill, called they dropped the bill, that was good, then I made the mistake of setting up another service call and right before that my mower deck came detached so i agreed it had to get fixed and I was willing to pay, so they took it to get fixed, I received an invoice in the mail but no call about it being done so I went there, the manager Kirk didn't even know I had received a bill and stated that the welding hadn't been done yet, he said he would have them do that that day and it would be delivered back to me yesterday, came home no tractor. Today i called this morning he claims they had truck trouble and it was scheduled to be delivered today, well 340 came and still no tractor so I called again, was on hold for 37 minutes, finally spoke to Kirk again he said it should've been here by now and he was gonna call the guy to see where he was and would call me back it is now 544pm, they closed at 5 and no phone call back, I'm beyond aggravated and to top it all off I paid them the money due since I was already there, now they have my money and my tractor...how can you do businesses this way, I have spread word to family and friends and hopefully people will take there business elsewhere. I'm beyond disappointed in this place

On 5/22 I came in around 12:15 and asked about a weedeater Sthl FS 56. I asked the salesman if I could come back after 5 to purchase this weedeater and I was told I could. When I returned around 5:15pm the women at the desk told me no one can ring me out. That only the parts/service counter and the salesman can let me buy the weedeater. I asked the women to set it aside for me, put my name on it and I’ll come back when someone is there to allow me to purchase the weedeater. I returned today 5/24 around 12:45pm and the same women I spoke to about it, told me to go to the parts/service counter and someone could bill me for the weedeater. The parts/service counter employee told me “no” he can’t bill me for it either, and that only the salesman can bill me for the weedeater and he’s off till 5/27. Which means I have to leave and come back for a 3rd time. I asked the employee “So the weedeater that’s in ur hand right now, I can’t pay for bc only 1 guy is allowed to bill me out for it and he’s off till Tuesday?” The employee said “yes” So just to clarify, twice I’ve been to this store and both times I was not allowed to make a purchase. I will not be returning to this store, and I will never buy anything from them ever again. How can u run a store that sales lawn mowers, tractors, weedeaters etc etc, and no one can bill you for it. That’s like going to a car dealership and no one can/wants to sell you a car. Unbelievable honestly!

I inquired about some equipment and not only were they extremely insecure in their communications (sending links via email instead of giving me a price, which is extremely insecure and a red flag), they don’t post their prices on their website, and the guy I talked to was rude and sketchy. They may be better in person but when they asked for $200 over the phone as a down payment to secure my product I had to walk away. I would not recommend using them.
