Burcu is genuinely the BEST nail artist in NYC and I’m not exaggerating when I say I would follow her anywhere. I’ve been to so many nail artists in the city and absolutely nobody compares to her attention to detail, creativity, precision, and care. Every single set she does looks flawless, specifically for extensions, she is a master.

She’s also the sweetest person ever and makes every appointment feel so comfortable and fun. At this point I literally cannot let anyone else touch my nails because nothing compares after going to Burcu. Truly a gem. NYC girls RUN to her!!!

I would not recommend this Russian manicure salon.

The space is clean and the staff is polite, but the overall result and quality were disappointing.

I clearly asked for a fuller, thicker structure with more presence, but the extensions turned out thin and overly sharp, which is not what I wanted. I also showed a reference photo, yet the final design didn’t match — the polka dots were much denser and less refined.

For a set that cost over $200, the quality did not hold up. Within just a couple of days, the rhinestones started falling off, and within less than two weeks, one of the extensions completely came off. The cuticle area also looked uneven very quickly.

When I reached out just a few days after the appointment to ask about simply filing off the color and reapplying a new one, I was first told I would be charged for a full set, and then quoted $90, which felt inconsistent and unprofessional.

Overall, this did not reflect the quality or durability I would expect from a Russian manicure.

Tried a Russian manicure for the first time as I was looking for a crisp, clean, simple mani ahead of my bachelorette. Probably my favorite manicure I've ever had and I'm obsessed with the color / shape / quality. Yasemin is so talented and gentle. Highly recommend!

3/2026: updated review to share my latest spring nails. I won’t go anywhere else in the city for nails, they crush it at Hera’s!

I’ve had so many Russian manicures - this is by far the best salon!! They are exceptional . Other places take 2x hours and they only took 1 hour for a Russian hard. I am SO impressed and so happy I have my new go to nail salon.

First time getting a russian manicure + hard gel and Burcu did a beautiful job. She took extra care in making my birthday nails perfect, I’m obsessed with the shape and cuticle work. Illia also did a wonderful job on my russian gel polish pedicure. Amazing salon 10/10!

If you want your nails to look flawless, this is the spot! I had my first appointment a few days ago and my nails turned out so so pretty. Everyone was very welcoming, the space is nice (I got to watch Friends!! ❤️), they offered me tea and snacks. Yasemin is so talented and kind! I’ll definitely be back. 💅

Best salon ever. I’ve been getting my nails, lashes and brows done here ever since they opened. Their service is unmatched, they serve snacks, coffee and tea and the technicians are amazing. They also have compression boots and an LED mask to use for an extra charge which is a plus.
