I just left this location September 18th at 1130 and I must say the guy who took our order was nonchalant, not friendly, didn’t greet us and asked to repeat that in an aggressive manner. Barley opened his mouth to ask a question just shaking his head. I asked if I could use my free drink he shook his head and just stared at me. When he gave us our drinks, he put his hands in his sleeve and turned around. Very racist behavior! I honestly felt discriminated against. As we all know working in customer service you will encounter different ethnicities. If you don’t like or want to speak to a black person why work in a field you know may grab a coffee. He had gauges in his ear, clear gauges. Never met this guy a day in my life didn’t understand the hostile behavior. Very unbelievably and unprofessional. And the coffee tasted like hot chocolate not an ice mocha.

Black rock is my absolute fav place to get an energy drink! I got the iced sherbet fuel and it was so so delicious! Definitely would get it again. The workers at this location were also so nice!

I used the app and that was a mistake. Even if you order ahead, they will make you stand in line no matter what you put as a specific time to pick up. First, they gave me the wrong drink, I corrected them and the second was not made right either. I can’t taste any of the flavoring or add-ons that I did with my second drink. Taste like watered down espresso when it was Ordered with 4 shots and extra shots white chocolate and lavender. How is there no flavor I can taste. Y’all made my drink not taste like dopamine. I have been coming here for a year and I will never use the app again and probably not here during the week days as my drink turned into a waste of money.

I’ve stopped by this location quite a few times over the last couple of weeks, and these girls just keep me coming back! The two curly headed baristas always seem like they’re having a blast together, and their laughter is honestly contagious. In my humble opinion, they make my drink perfectly every single time. Now whenever I stop by, I secretly hope one of them is working so I can get my daily coffee and a little laugh before heading to work.

I used to love going to this black rock it is only a few blocks from my house and I love black rock. I went a couple weeks ago at about 530 I the morning Kia was the one who took my order I know her name because I asked her the next time I came for her name and said I want to make sure my 3 extra shots are in my drink because they was not put in last time she made my drink. Anyways I always buy the same drink with extra 3 shots and everything seemed ok until Kia handed me the tip thing and instead of % I changed it to a dollar which I feel is a pretty good tip for 1 drink and she stood thereand watched me and her face completely changed and she rolled her eyes just because I changed it to a dollar instead of %. I leave and was heading to Seattle for my mother's brain surgery and really needed a strong coffee that is why I come to black rock she did not put my 3 extra shots in my coffee and it tasted like a regular coffee I know the Difference I come every day to this location or in gresham by work. I never have a problem in gresham always friendly strong coffee. This Kia girl just glares at me now anytime I come through now I am not comfortable going through this location and will have to go all the way down 82nd to clackamas. All because I didn't tip a % and tipped a dollar on 1 drink she seemed to get offended and glares every time I come through. I went again this morning and she was making the drinks in the middle glaring and whispering to the other girl both making drinks once again my coffee was weak no extra shots. I cant believe she is so offended by 1 dollar tip. She makes me feel uncomfortable and now I have to go all the way to another location when this 1 is a few blocks away from my house. But that is 3 coffee drinks in a couple weeks that did not have my extra shots in it. I have probably came to this location over 100 times or more and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with the service or coffee.
