My experience working with APX 1031 exchange was nothing short of outstanding! Ninos and Jake worked diligently to ensure my purchase transaction went smoothly. They were very communicative, knowledgeable, attentive and detail oriented. I would definitely work with them again for any future endeavors and refer them to any family or friends needing this service.

The APX team of Ninos, Chris and Jake kept us updated every step of the way. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the 1031 exchange process. We were able to close on our rental property out of state and close on a San Marcos rental property within the same week without any delays. We would strongly recommend them for all your 1031 exchange services!

We had a great experience working with Jake and Ninos! They were always quick to respond, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to explain things clearly, making everything feel much smoother and less stressful. Highly recommend this team to anyone working on their exchange property.
