I had an excellent experience at Shoshany Jewelers in Morganville, NJ. I walked in with three wristwatches—two Citizen watches and one Versace—to have the bracelet links adjusted. To my surprise, they completed all three adjustments within few mins minutes and didn’t charge me anything.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and genuinely happy to help, even though I wasn’t making a purchase. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to find these days.

I picked up my rings today and was delighted. I absolutely LOVE them!!! The whole experience with Shoshany Jewelers was wonderful. Al guided me through the process of picking the stones and designing the pieces. I ordered an emerald cut solitaire with tapered baguettes and an eternity band with round stones. The finished products were more than I ever expected. I would highly recommend Shoshany Jewelers for all your jewelry
purchases.

Our family jeweler in manhattan was away and the finding on my daughters pendant (that she has not gone a day without wearing since a year old) had broken and needed repair. I decided to check out Shoshany and have never looked back. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, but Al and Tyler take the utmost care with not only their own craftsmanship, but fixing pieces as well. My mon had passed 10+ years ago and I wear one of her estate pieces wedged between my wedding band and engagement ring. It is an eternity band with channel set diamond and sapphires with etching on the side. When I lost a stone, I brought it in and they took the utmost care with my precious piece. Al was up front that he would have to cut and sodder to fix it the right way and I appreciated the honesty. They fixed it and did a beautiful job with my moms ring; I could not be happier!

My husband also purchased a beautifully crafted diamond ring that i have gotten so many compliments for its delicate and unique design, not to mention the sparkle.

From the moment my now husband I walked into Shoshany as fiancés, we had the best experience.

We came to Tyler with my mother’s engagement ring from the 80s that I just had had the head replaced and resized at another local jeweler. The diamond was constantly coming loose, and I was quite distraught. He took the time to explain to us why it was happening, drew us a clear picture so we truly understood, and said he could redo it for us without compromising the integrity of the ring. He did an incredibly beautiful job.

We knew when it was time to look for a custom band that we had to come back to Tyler. He took his time creating the perfect band that compliments the unique ring perfectly, and made several wax molds to ensure the design and fit were exactly right. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Tyler for your hard work on these rings.

My husband also purchased a gold bracelet for me prior to the wedding, and the women at the store were very helpful in helping him choose the perfect piece.
