On two occations we have waited up to two hours for delivery. The last order took two and one half hours for delivery and when it arrived it was luke warm at best.In our oppinion this store is extremely poorly run and or managed and we won't order from them again.

Telephone communication was a little difficult.
They were willing to meet our orders needs.
