The park is always clean and well-kept. Donna, the manager, is very friendly and Austin, the maintenance man is very helpful . The pecan trees are amazing!!

A beautiful park! The manager is probably one of the world's nicest people! The oak trees here are beautiful and provide a fun atmosphere for kids to go around and pick up pecans and eat them. They are DELICIOUS!!! Just grab a rock off the ground, grab some pecans, and go to town!

Seriously, this is definitely one of, if not THE best park this side of DFW!

We love this RV park and Ms. Donna!!! She has been so nice, accommodating, and available to us whenever we needed her or just simply to answer a question. She truly cares for her tenants and it shows. Quiet, safe RV park. As a single mom, finding somewhere I feel safe with my kids is invaluable. A nice gem tucked away with the prettiest of sunrises and sunsets. The best playground close by in Azle too and sandy beaches of several lakes close as well! Thanks for having us and being our peaceful safe place. 🫶🏼

I can Say that the manager is admirable it seems that even the smallest issue is taken care of immediately. And the maintenance man is always conscientious and is really hard-working to take care of the Landscape so that the park is always gorgeous and he is soo friendly and willing to help whenever hes needed

My husband and I enjoyed the park so much. Beautiful location, in my opinion, with plenty of trees and space. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive as we were newer to the RV life, the staff was friendly and very helpful as well. Our experience was wonderful, would definitely go back if we come back to Azle!

I am currently living here due to rent being so high right now. And I can't afford it right now to own a house/property. However, this RV park site has been great to my husband and I. It's very calm and quiet around, and so far, some of the residents I've interacted with are friendly and welcoming. There are to site washers and dryers as well as a public shower in the mail room by the front office. These also have an open food pantry where you can donate goods or take. I thought that was sweet. Next door is a pretty convenient gas station. Downfall is, it can be noisy with the 18 wheelers, but nothing that crazy. There's alot of trees that give off great shade during the summer. Overall I do like it here! Recommend for temporary stay or long term, if lots are available lol. Also, everything is relatively close as far as your needs go.

Very nice, clean park and shade trees galore. Just added high speed Internet that works fantastic! Donna the manager doesn't allow any riff raff or sketchy stuff in the park or they are thrown out. She also does background checks which keeps everyone feeling safe. Highly recommend this park.

Great RV park. In good location, very well kept and clean. Donna, the manager keeps the park in tip top shape. They have an on site shower facility and laundry area as well. There is a Walmart, restaurants, grocery store and anything else you might need right down the street from the park.

These people are so nice! Donna greeted us upon arrival and she was a huge help throughout our month-long stay. The price is great! There is definitely some road noise and a lot of trash blows over from the gas station next door. Our spot was the row closest to the gas station as well, so there were often people walking through. Some residents do tend to hover pretty bad when someone is trying to hitch or unhitch. Overall, there area is very safe and the people are kind. Management obviously works really hard here and is there for the residents at any time.

As of August we have lived here for two years. In that time we have seen some changes. Donna has implemented new rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. A lot of the residents are long term and happy being here. If you can follow basic rules, keep your site clean and keep you kids and pets under control you will love being here!
