This is the third time having to tell the receptionist to change the number on file from my parent’s to mine. Due to the negligence, I arrived at Sunnybrook for my appointment just to be told that my appointment had been cancelled and told to reschedule. Keep in mind that the number that was contacted wasn’t mine after I asked them to change it THREE TIMES. The day before, they called MY phone number to confirm the appointment. Why would they call one number to cancel the appointment and another to confirm it? This caused a lot of confusion. When I arrived, I was told that there were no Ortho to see me today. I scheduled the appointment a month in advance and just now hearing that there isn’t anyone in to see me. This isn’t the first time that this is happened. They are very unorganized and bad at communication. There is almost always an issue when I arrive at this office. Most of the situations are avoidable if there was just clear communication.

I could not even make an appointment because they are sold to some call center and you cannot get a human who speaks decent English. If they are too busy to answer a phone with a human that is IN BILOXI, they are too busy to provide my family with proper care.

SunnyBrook Dentistry was a great experience for me and my daughter Brooklyn. It’s Brooklyn’s 1st time getting braces and the process was simple and quick 50 minutes to be exact. They did a wonderful job on her braces o recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my daughter and I had with this office and feel it’s important to share it so other patients understand what to expect.
My daughter was seen on 2/16 for severe tooth pain and was told she needed a root canal. At that time, we were informed the procedure would be scheduled for March 10. Because the confirmation text message I received instructed me to call the office, I contacted them to verify the appointment since my daughter was already in significant pain.
During that call, I was told that endodontic procedures are not performed on that day and the appointment had to be moved to March 16. This meant my daughter had to wait an additional week while in pain. Mind you that’s a whole 4weeks for a root canal. I asked if a referral to another provider was possible so she could be treated sooner, but that was not offered. I also had to call to request antibiotics while we waited because over-the-counter pain medication was not providing sufficient relief and I was concerned about the risk of infection.
The root canal was eventually completed, but we were then told that my daughter will need a crown and that it could take up to two months before that procedure can be done.
Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding costs. Prior to the procedure, I was given an estimate. However, because my daughter has anxiety and requested nitrous oxide, which I approved, the final cost increased. Unfortunately, the price difference was not clearly explained before treatment was completed.
Overall, the delays, lack of referral options, and limited communication regarding scheduling and costs made this a very frustrating experience—especially while my child was in pain. I hope the office reviews its communication and scheduling processes so that other patients and families have a better experience.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated how gentle and professional the entire team was. Morghen answered all of my questions and made the visit much less stressful than I expected.

Don’t ever bring your kids here . It’s a damn shame how these people treat folks .the office manger is the worse . The past couple visit for my 6 year old have been torture . From the appt at 9 am to not being see til 3 pm. Canceling your appointment bc you simple ask why in earth it taking 6 hours to been seen. This places need to be shut down . It’s gives they got the certificate online 🫠 these folks don’t give a damn about anyone’s kids.

DO NOT GET YOUR CHILDS BRACES HERE!! this is not a rant. This dentist office will not make your child a priority. They book, schedule and place the braces; and then they cancel your appointments and do not answer the phone. If you get your child braces on with this office your child will have their braces on forever! My daughters got their braces in June. The office canceled their adjustment appointment three times stating they were over booked. They will not answer the phone. When you try to go up there the receptionist will tell you the orthodontist is “out”. Once you have braces on your child no other dentist will see you. I advise you to find another orthodontist! BUYER BEWARE!! Update: I just got my kids braces off because the dentist stayed book for over 100 days before they would see them. The dentist was still nice. The front desk receptionist was not kind and did not know any information. They really need to change up the people that are the first face you see when you walk in. I used to love them. I would drive from Pascagoula to this dentist’s office. My kids went here since they were Bavaria and now they are teens. Sunny took has lost a valued customer due to overbooking and the rude service. 1 star

My grandchildren are on Medicaid. This place has set up appointments for their ortho then changed it to cleaning. My granddaughter has had a piece put in her mouth to stop her from chewing on things when she is sleeping. It has been in there for a year. Was told it was coming out today. After they canceled appointment a few weeks ago because they no longer had an orthopedic dentist at the time. When she finally gets there today they said it still wasn't coming out. This place changes orthopedic dentist more than an place cost insurance and Medicaid expenses they shouldn't have to pay. Then they called the law on my daughter and said she can't go back. Now how are these children going to be taken care of she asked the front desk said they didn't care. This place only cares about the money they can get out of Medcaid not the patients. This was the Sunbrooks in Biloxi. Never bring your child there

Our dentist wasn’t accepting emergency patients on a Friday and Sunnybrook was the ONLY dentist on the coast that could squeeze us in. I was hesitant bc of google reviews and almost canceled but I’m glad I went. My kiddo had an abscess tooth that needed immediate attention. We were in and out in 30 minutes tops! They identified the problem and prescribed antibiotics until my kiddo could get in with her own dentist. Didn’t pressure me to continue using them but gave us a diagnosis and solution so it didn’t get worse before our appointment with her normal dentist on Monday! The facility was not a world class facility but it definitely gets the job done. The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist were all extremely kind and welcoming.

I had an appointment for my son today at 3pm. It was our first time here. They told me at arrival that it would take an hour to process my insurance and he might not even be seen today... To make matters worse they failed to put my information in the computer correctly, so the insurance could not be processed properly. Needless to say... my son never got seen today and I couldn't even reschedule his appointment. He missed school for no reason, and our time was wasted. Front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. They even had the gaul to say it was my fault. Its not my fault you put the information in the computer incorrectly!! Next time just apologize and admit you made a mistake. I have no reason to give you an incorrect DOB. They said they'd run the corrected info again tomorrow morning since it was 5pm by the time they figured out their mistake. Don't bother... We will not be back.
