Hate to write a negative review although it’s important for the public to know that Empire Carpet and Flooring doesn’t stand behind their product and installation. Our salesperson did not handle our issues, even after we had to change installation dates last minute due to their delayed delivery twice! In retrospect, we should have canceled the whole thing. Now we will need to replace carpeting we just had installed several months ago.
