The call center scheduled and appointment for me to go to 4173 Patterson avenue on Friday for the following Monday .they got my name, address, phone number birth date and medical ID number.I arrived early for my appointment, was told to put my name on the sign in sheet. I'm the only person in the waiting area...then the guy that told me to sign in asked what type of service I needed to have performed and I told him.Then he says this is a pediatric dental office and that they don't take adults..the call center says that this location does take adults.Im standing in your face...what's the purpose of getting me to sign the sheet...if you don't take Adults..I googled why this location doesn't take adults.And Google said they do take adults but others have reported being turned away as well.

Wait time to be seen is TERRIBLE. Even when I get there early, still in office for at least 2 hours. Staff very nice and warm spirted, but work way too quick to get people in and out because it’s so many people to be seen and not enough staff or chairs. Called me the day OF the appointment to reschedule as well. Literally THAT morning at 8:52 am and the appointment was at 1030. I was already out the door and headed there before I even saw the missed call and apology voicemail about the doctor not being in..

I had a great experience when I went for my appointment. I went in for an extraction and the staff were very pleasant. The doctor did my extraction very quick and easy with no pain and the healing process was very quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this location.

I’m giving 2 stars because the front desk asssistants and dental assistant was very nice and helpful, but the dentist Jemal Kemal was very nonchalant and did not help me whatsoever. He asked me if I had taken anything and I honestly told him I took the remaining amoxicillin that was prescribed for my son. This dude then proceeds to tell me that I did not give my son his full dose of medication, in which I told him it was the leftover that was supposed to be thrown away after his 10 day use. Then he start talking about my gut health and antibiotics (you think I care about gut health right now when I can’t even chew?) my lip is also numb and they try to give me X-ray which took took 3 tries 1 because I can’t bite down, 2 my lip is numb, and 3rd because they were having issues. He did not prescribe nothing at all no antibiotics or pain meds. Not even a reason why my lip is numb! I had the 2 remaining tablespoons of amoxicillin from my sons medication, what is that going to do? So after poking and prodding on my messed up teeth and numbed up lip, he gave me no antibiotics. I am so disappointed. I have been taking my children there since they were little ones, I guess I gotta find somewhere else now that I had to write this review.

Love early appts, my daughter has always have been seen on time. Knowledgeable & kind employees. Once it was busy in the office when we were leaving and my daughter needed a follow-up appt. I was pleasantly surprised when the manger came out of her office to help until the assigned employee became available I was very much surprised and thankful because we had other appointments to get to!!

I’m trying to find a number that I can talk to corporate. I had appointments the first appointment I went to. I paid to get all the way there. I do not have a car so I’m using public transportation. I called set up appointment through the call center I went there to my appointment. They said they were only service kids. I didn’t understand why the cost center will schedule me a 41-year-old with a facility who only serve his kids if you wouldn’t serve the whole entire family OK I accepted with Grace that they didn’t do it so they at the office I scheduled to go to another office on Broadway today for an appointment. I get all the way there pay my money that I really did not have so I can get my wisdom tooth pulled. I was told that I could have this happen. I was told that it would be detailed note that I have wisdom tooth in my mouth that are painful that I need to be pulled. I go to the appointment today. Oh the surgery I need to tell January this is so unacceptable.

Our recent visit to Porter Dental at 4173 Patterson Ave was amazing. From the moment we walked in, Jarrell and Lydia were kind, professional, and had wonderful energy. Jarrell was very professional and kind when checking us in, and Lydia was equally great. Lydia had fantastic energy, especially for being at the end of the day. This was a much better experience than in the past. Lydia immediately made my granddaughter feel comfortable. Lydia and Jarrell provided an outstanding experience for my granddaughter and me. The check-in process was quick, and Lydia took excellent care of my granddaughter. The entire appointment was fast and efficient, which was a huge help for my busy schedule. It's refreshing to see such great customer service, and Jarrell and Lydia are a testament to that. We need more people like this in our community!" Kudos to you both🫶🏽

Waited almost 2 hours to be seen!! If I was two hours late to my appointment, I would have had to reschedule. Kudos to Jerrell (check in/ front desk) for being honest on the reason for the long wait while the office manager was telling him to be quiet, he shouldn’t be explaining to me why the wait was so long I was about to reschedule. She just kept saying you’ll be next while another hour passed by. However, the dentist and dental assistant were excellent with me and my son!
