I had the opportunity and privilege of working with Gino Schlegel and the Quantum Restoration Services team to restore my Mother-in-Law's kitchen following a fire. They did a fantastic job and the finished product looks great!! They paid great attention to the details and made great recommendations to make the finished project even greater than the pre-kitchen fire configuration.

We had an insurance claim for water damage on all 3 floors and Quantum Restoration was amazing from start to finish. Dan, Jason, Gino, and all of the workers were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They made it easy to deal with the insurance company and made a very stressful situation a lot better. Our house looks even better than before the water damage. Quantum rebuilt my home after a large fire. The project took longer than expected due to uncontrollable factors like lumber shortages during the pandemic. However, their commitment to standing behind their work has been excellent. Even 2–3 years after completion, if any issues arise—such as a leak or general repair—they typically have someone out within a week or two to address it. Dan coordinates the necessary work, ensuring the team responds promptly to any concerns. I highly recommend working with them.

Quantum restored our Condo's garage and first floor after a flood and they did a wonderful job. The place looks brand new. They were really easy to work with and get a hold of when needed. Erhard, who acted as the on site project manager, did a great job communicating with us and letting us know what to expect at each stage of the process. We had some issues with our insurance, so our last payment was delayed, but they were kind enough to provide us with some grace and patience as we worked through it. Hope we don't experience water damage again, but if we do, I would work with Quantum again.

I noticed some water damage and reached out to a restoration service. Without even coming to assess the problem, the company wanted me to file a claim with my insurance company in order to proceed without any additional information. I balked at this and was referred to Quantum restoration by our roofer.

Jason was amazing. He heard my concern and came out the next morning personally. He identified the problem (degraded seal around the outer window). He recommended I have someone seal it and said he would provide an estimate.

I took care of the problem and contacted Jason again. He sent his team out who reassessed the problem and assured me it had completely resolved with the fix. He only charged me (a very small fee) for the second visit.

The first company was going to have me make a claim to my insurance, probably charge me a fortune, and have their way with me. While I have no guarantee that is how things would have ended up, I feel that my experience with Quantum restoration was far simpler, straight forward, and honest.

I will recommend them in the future.

I had a really great experience with Quantum. They responded quickly to our call when we had damage to our garage, did an immediate board up that same day, and were prepared to work with our insurance company. They are somewhat local so I could always call the estimator for any updates on pricing and work that needs to be done. They always kept us in the loop on progress once work started, and the project manager was always on site for the work and very accessible, including check ins on on which days and what time they were coming. The overall result was great and high quality. Would highly recommend Quantum for any restoration needs

Jason, Rob, Matt, Karl and Dan have been wonderful! First stage of cleanup is complete. Things so far have run smoothly and very professional. Minimum mess, very clean. I would recommend Quantum to anyone. Thank you for your quick response to my water damage.
