I could not recommend this practice enough. Dr. Swartzlander did an amazing job on my C-section. I’m only 5 weeks postpartum, and you can barely even tell there’s a scar.

Everyone in the office is so kind, from the front desk staff to the nurses and CMAs. Claire, the midwife, was also amazing. She always took the time to explain what was happening and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated.

I’m so thankful for the care I received here and would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OB.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ty Swartzlander throughout my pregnancy and delivery in Boca Raton. I was transferred to his care due to a full placenta previa after originally planning a home birth, and from the very beginning he made me feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Dr. Swartzlander is calm, professional, patient, and truly listens to his patients. He never made me feel rushed or stupid for asking questions, and anytime I didn’t understand something, he explained it in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about providing great patient care.

One thing I especially appreciated was that he never rushed straight to surgery. Instead of immediately scheduling a C-section, he wanted to wait for additional ultrasounds and make decisions carefully based on what was safest and medically necessary. That meant a lot to me and made me feel respected in my pregnancy journey.

When it did come time for my C-section, he was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, he kept me calm, and my incision healed beautifully with a very clean incision line. I’m extremely happy with the care I received.

His office was also incredibly efficient. I loved each nurse I met! The front desk staff was also very kind! I was consistently seen on time for appointments and never left waiting for hours like I’ve experienced at other doctors’ offices.

I typically prefer female OB/GYNs, but Dr. Swartzlander completely changed my perspective and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled OB/GYN in Boca Raton and I will definitely be seeing him for baby #2!

I love this OB office!!! Now pregnant with my 4th and super thankful for Dr. Swartzlander and his staff. Dr. Swartzlander is very knowledgeable and has the best calming bedside manner. He knows and understands my unique risks and has been such a blessing. With my first child I had a very traumatic experience, in California, with a different doctor. Dr. Swartzlander, at Boca Babes, helped bring my last two babies into the world and it was such a positive and healing experience. He knows how to deliver with care and helps to prevent trauma. His staff are all wonderful and caring! They have gone out of their way to care for me, especially with this last pregnancy that has been very difficult. I am just so grateful to them! Thank you so much for being such a place of comfort to me and helping me through this period. I will always remember! ❤️
I want to give an extra special thanks to Amanda. On Mother’s Day, I couldn’t help but think how she has really been there for me these last couple months. That she should also be celebrated on Mother’s Day for helping this mother pull through this difficult and scary time! I have been a patient here for only a couple of months, but I want to leave a 5 stars for the staff and say thank you!
Every visit, the nurses are just the sweetest, they are never in a hurry and they have asked me more questions about my pregnancy than the doctors I was seeing before I switched to Dr Ty.
You can tell the staff love what they do.

Also, the few times I have called the front desk, they always pick up the phone and are so willing to help!
It’s pretty amazing how they work for us to have a good experience.
They answer is always in away to make you feel helped!

The physical space of the office is also very nice and welcoming.

I am very satisfied and happy that I transferred my prenatal from a big facility to a smaller and more personal one!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Boca Babes OBGYN. Dr. Ty and Karen are truly the best in the business. Their bedside manner and depth of knowledge immediately make you feel safe, heard, and confident that you’re in the right place.

Dr. Ty delivered my baby, and as someone with PCOS and considered an older mom, I had a lot of anxiety going into pregnancy. He made every concern feel manageable and approached everything with calm confidence and expertise. Some may think he’s quiet at first, but once you get to know him, you quickly realize how incredibly intelligent, experienced, and compassionate he is. His medical background speaks for itself, but it’s his steady presence that truly sets him apart.

Karen is just as amazing. She makes even the most sensitive conversations feel easy and comfortable. You never feel judged or embarrassed with her — she genuinely cares and has such a warm, approachable personality.

The entire office deserves recognition. The front desk team and medical assistants are top-tier — always kind, upbeat, and incredibly personable. They remember their patients and consistently make you feel welcomed and cared for.

And I have to give a special shoutout to Robin — truly the cream of the crop. She was my savior throughout my pregnancy and supported me every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her and the entire team.

If you’ve ever had a negative experience with an OBGYN, do yourself a favor and come here. You won’t regret it.

I’ve only been a patient here for the last 6 months, but I cannot sing enough praise about this clinic! My first phone call with one of their receptionists was so helpful and compassionate that I decided immediately this is where I want to go. I feel like you don’t get treated like a human anymore at most clinics, but these people are amazing!! I am an abroad IVF patient and it took me days to find a clinic that would accept me. I’m so grateful for Dr. Ty and his team; they took me in with no hesitation. I saw both Dr. Ty and Claire throughout my pregnancy, but Claire was the one who delivered our baby girl. I cannot say enough about my experience at this practice. Both providers took their time with me each visit and I never felt rushed. Furthermore, the office staff, nurses and administration, are simply exceptional.

As for Claire- she was a dream come true in terms of my provider to deliver baby. I went unmedicated and it was magical. Claire did not intervene whatsoever because my body was doing exactly what it should, and baby was fine. I yearned for a physiological birth to the fullest, and Claire helped to support that goal through her actions. When it was time to push, Claire was cool, calm, collected and still allowed me to lead and pave my own way. My amazing doula popped up the squat bar for me, and I proceeded to utilize the bar to birth my baby. Claire told me to reach down and touch my baby's head- what an experience. Then with the next contraction, Claire suggested I reach down and catch my baby, which I obliged. I am SOOOOO deeply grateful that Claire suggested for me to do this. She guided my hands onto my baby and I pulled her out and onto my chest. It was a dream come true. We all rejoiced, Claire completed my stitches, and I delivered my placenta. I also voiced to Claire how I wanted to see my placenta and she showed it off to me haha and gave me a little education around what I was looking at. It was SO cool. I will never forget the birth of my daughter, and I will never forget Claire.

I highly recommend Claire as your Midwife provider. She was exceptional, allowed me to lead my own way and supported my body doing exactly what God designed it to do. I never felt rushed and always felt seen.
Dr. Ty is also a wonderful OB, and no matter who delivers your baby from Boca Babes, just know, you are truly in such good hands.

I have been searching for the perfect person to help me out with my first pregnancy and I am overjoyed that I came across Boca Babes.
