ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Colton came out initially for gutters, then we had to do a 2nd job because the 1st guy flaked and didn't finish it. HIGHLY recommend these guys. Colton was amazing at doing all the measurements needed, video for production. They came out with 2 trucks, 3 guys and had my roof finished and gutters installed to my requested specs (and I'm a PIA!!!). Mark, Chris and Doc had this handled in now time. LOVE Summit Roofing!!!!!

Summit roofing is an awesome company. I reached out to them needing gutters. I decided to go with a new roof and gutters. Justin Duncan got with me asap. Justin made things go very smooth for me and they got job done pretty quick. Quality materials for a decent price is hard to get nowadays. If I had to do it again I’d use them every time. Dustin milburn the superintendent also did a wonderful job keeping the guys on task and getting them whatever they needed. He has been by a few times since job was completed to makes sure we were happy. I am a picky person but these guys gave me exactly what I wanted!!!

Summit was quick to respond and come to my house and give me estimates!! Chris was Very professional, seemed very knowledgeable about roofing business, I was very pleased. I'm still getting estimates so I can't comment on the job performance, but if I have them do my roof, I'll follow up this review.

Chris (roof inspector with Summit) was on time, professional, cordial and the most thorough roofer I had to inspect my roof (out of 4 companies). He explained what was needed versus what insurance was paying. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because he didn't call back with an estimate after I called twice, and I had to move ahead with another competitor. The service was excellent, the following through needs work. That's where business trust is built. I would give them another shot if the opportunity came.

I was in the process of getting estimates from a few companies when my appointment came with Summit Roofing and I met Adam. (They will send you a text when they are on the way with a photo and name of who is coming.Very nice)
Now Adam makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. He is not rushed whatsoever. He will look around tell you things he notices. Thorough inspection. He wasnt rushed. Very knowledgeable about all things parts pieces that are involved but also breaks it down so you can relate and follow along. He comes with samples of everything thats used and shows you how its gonna be laid and anything you'd need to know. Summit will give you 3 estimates and show each product thats included in those estimates. If you are filing this through insurance he offers to come by and work with your insurance company showing them everything you may need and standing on your behalf.
Let me add this was absolutely nothing I got with other estimates. Adam never made me feel one time that he was a salesman. Thats what I felt with others. Almost like you had to rush them out of ur house with an 'I will let u know' just bc they were talking circles around you wanting you to jump that second and let them get started tomorrow. Sooo glad I have had this experience so far. This is a good place and im sitting here now looking at colors of roofs with this book I was left with. Other places wanted you to pick colors off their phones right on the spot. Anyways I'll update my review after I have my roof complete. So far had to give a shout out to this company. Adam is really making great first impressions for yalls customers.

Need to shout out to Justin Duncan, Mike roy, and Chris Green. These fellas were very good at keeping in touch through the process . Today I contacted summit roofing and restoration because im in need of a new roof. A technician come to my home within 30 minutes. Justin Duncan was the tech that come out an measured,my home so professional but yet made me feel so comfortable explaining everything to me to so that I could understand I know nothing about roofing. A very polite and knowledgeable young man. But he walked me through everything an gave me several options on what I could do.Even helped with my color options an pricing. I definitely will be using summit for my roofing needs.

I originally contracted with Summit Roofing for gutter installation. Unfortunately there were some unforeseen circumstances that led to some delays. The work once it got going was completed in a timely fashion, and the cleanup was perfect. It was like I suddenly had new gutters, and you would never know that a bunch of work had been done around the house. Working with Chase, and also with Adam, Summit Roofing made everything right with my disappointment in the delays and some other things with the gutter instalation process. They took care of their customer and I really appreciate it, so I decided to have them install a new roof for me. They had earned my trust. Being in a customer service business myself, I understand that sometimes things don't always go as planned, but it's very important to make things right for the customer. Summit roofing has done that. They completed my roof under the supervison of Adam, and Aaron (lol I met so many people!), and my roof was completed in one day. The crew was very conscientious about getting the job done correctly, and I was very impressed with the cleanup. They stayed very late, and tried to get up all the nails and such things that happen when a roof is replaced. Also, the next day, Dustin came out to go over and do a quality check, and I appreciate that a different person came to do that, because it alleviates the supervisor saying oh yes, my team did a great job. To have a different person come out, just adds some credibility for me, so I appreciated that. Plus Dustin went over the yard again with the magnetic pickup tool to find any other nails and things that may have been left from the night before. I'm confident that my roof was installed correctly, and it's all under warrany, so I do have problems somebody will come out to make it right. I'm very pleased with the look of my roof, and my gutters, and I'm looking forward to many many years of living under it. Thank you Summit Roofing for working with me, and for me, and giving me peace of mind.

We chose Summit for our roofing needs. First, for the quality of materials, the 3 different detailed roofing options packages with pricing were given. Lastly, the fact the roofing consultant , Dee Trigg, explained everything to me with examples and did not talk down to me. I am giving 4 stars based solely on my experience with the roofing consultant. We have a date set for 1 week away (pending weather) for our roofing needs install. I plan on adding that 5th star when the roof is completed.

We had a some siding repair done by Adam and Dustin, and I honestly couldn’t be more appreciative of their help. With the holidays coming up, they still came right out and took care of the repair before they even stopped for lunch, which really meant a lot to us. Adam and Dustin were so friendly and quick to complete the job. The siding looks great, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. We’re very thankful for their time and effort and would absolutely recommend them.

Definitely 5 stars! David was absolutely a jewel with helping us navigate everything! Dustin and his crew were very efficient and done an amazing job on our roof! They cleaned up and were all hands on getting things ripped out, replaced and roofed! I will definitely recommend them, and so very nice! Thanks guys! Yall rock!
