The service here is always a 10/10. You are welcomed warmly by Matt and staff. The nurses are great starting with Jolene, Audrey, Kiko and a few more. Everyone is so caring. Today, Jolene was the nurse and she's always making sure I am comfortable. So thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. I get Vit C IV infusions here and Glutathione IM and Vit C IM. Been coming here for two years or so. They offer a lot of different services. I highly recommend.

The cryotherapy was amazing! My left calf was sore and I was prepping for a half marathon in a week. I felt pain relief instantly! I plan to do this once a month to help any soreness and tightness for maintenance.

Excellent services and customer service! Got two bags of IV fluids with vitamins to help me rehydrate after being ill and my nurse was exceptionally kind and I could tell she was concerned with me being as comfortable as possible. The owner seemed like a very good dude as well and it seems like he cares about making people feel better. Can’t recommend this place enough and I will 100% be going back.

Great spot came here looking for a new local red light sauna & ended up using whole body cryo & other services. Matt is super cool and the staff is always knowledgable & helpful. I advise coming in and checking it out!

My kiddo had a bad sports injury. Sometimes doctors are not affirming for athletes. But thank goodness that us common people have access to elite treatment that is not medication dependent.

There's a lot of folks from different forms of life that walk in these doors even on a 10 minute experience.

Appointments may be necessary for most services but for localized cryotherapy, the walk-ins have been no wait time. Full body cryo wait time can be 0-15 minutes.

We typically arrive between 5-630 pm. Come in. Greet with a smile. Take a seat. Mage sure to explain where you want the treatment. Machine comes out if localized. Or you wait for the cryo machine set up (wear the gloves). After 3 minutes, it's a done da da. Repeat.

Try out the $99 unlimited special which gives you access to many services to try. I think the special ends soon.

First time trying cryo was here it was a great experience! Everybody was so nice and made everything so easy and comfortable. I’ve done it a few more times since and will definitely be doing some more! 10/10 definitely recommend for all the services!

Had an awesome cryotherapy session + some leg compression today at Gocryo! Was blown away by their facilities, everything is top top notch and the staff were great! Didn’t realize how many services they offer here, they do IV therapy massages chiropractic work it’s insane the menu they have! I ended up getting some peptides to better assist with recovery - I’m stoked for that. My cryo time was the best, it’s a full body do it yourself type room. You can even pick your own music to listen to it was crazy haha will definitely be back soon!! Matt and Mark the owners are solid they run a great show at gocryo would highly recommend checking them out for anything health and wellness!! Thanks again so much!!

The cryo business located in Escondido I previously went to for cryotherapy sadly closed permanently due to the Covid pandemic. I REALLY needed to find another place but couldn’t decide WHERE to go for a good, reliable place. So, when my coworker mentioned she went here, I pounced on the first opportunity to experience not only an AMAZING cryotherapy facility, but all the other services available at GoCryoSD!!
Before, I’d only experienced a cryo tank setup, and now I’m hooked on GoCryo’s cryo booth!!
I live with Lupus, and in 2017 my doctor recommended it after I told him my hot soak & ice water routine at home.
Cryo, along with the sauna and anti-inflammatory treatments including an anti inflammatory nutritional regimen has succeeded where prescriptions and western has failed, my endurance and energy levels have increased significantly, and at 65 I’m still kickin’ butt and taking names!! Oh, and I’m currently in remission and haven’t had a serious lupus flare up or hospitalization for 7 years now.
It’s a rather quick trip there and back, and I’m still experimenting with everything they offer, such as a FIR Sauna (far infrared), various vitamin /amino/etc. IV infusions & injections, and compression therapy. The entire staff is super helpful and friendly, and polite even when I’m cracking “grandma” jokes!
