Purchased a vehicle recently from them. The owner was great, very open about the vehicle. Felt very comfortable dealing with my sales/owner person he weren’t pushy and more than willing to answer any questions. It was refreshing to deal with that type of service in the use car market.

Bought a Ford F150 from automax in August 2025. Drove 3 hours to do a test drive and potentially buy. The location isn’t near an expressway so the test drive was around town and on a regular 55mph speed limit highway. Everything checked out, truck ran and looked good. As soon as I got to the expressway and got to 70mph the truck started to shake, but after a few miles got better. I wish that the extent of all the problems. Every few weeks, something else broke down. I couldn’t even get the truck aligned and balanced because the control arms were shot. That was about $1600 from belle tire which they did the balance and alignment on after the fix. But that didn’t fix the expressway shake. Then the battery, then the alternator went. That’s was 1k. Then the truck had never been tuned up, started misfiring. So I had to change spark plugs and PCV valve. Then the ac compressor failed, that was $850. I haven’t even gotten to any of the 100k maintenance I wanted to do because I’ve spent almost 4K in repairs and I’ve only owned the truck for 3 months. Either they are completely clueless on how to inspect vehicles to make sure their customers leave the lot in a reliable vehicle or don’t care about selling a quality vehicle to customers. Either way I got screwed and I’m out thousands of dollars. Worst experience getting a vehicle I’ve ever had.

Best used dealership around! Kal, Melissa and the team are great to work with. We had some hiccups but Kal went above and beyond to make them right. He stands true to his word and honors his warranty. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. And would definitely return when it's time for another vehicle.

I recently bought a car from here, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The staff was super friendly and not pushy at all, which made me feel really comfortable. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but they helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget.
