I’m writing this review 9 months after mini-split was installed at my townhouse. We are in the middle of another heatwave and the system is working beautifully! The mini-split and new electrical panel both have just passed township inspections (9 months later because there was a delay with paperwork on the office side). The crew did a great job installing the mini-split. They protected my floors, were careful with my property, and made sure the setup looks as good as it works.
A big shoutout to Tyler who pushed through permits paperwork! When electrical inspection failed for a minor issue, a tech was out the next day to correct it. In addition to filing permits, they also filed my HOA paperwork to get approvals in place, and coordinated with the electrician. I got a few quotes for this project and Garon T service and value can’t be beat - completely stress-free and an amazing value.

Nick was extremely helpful. He was very in depth with his analysis of what was needed, Took his time and really got to the bottom of what would be required. He was very knowledgeable about his work and gave his best recommendations. He was also very timely. He gave me a call when he was about 30 minutes away showed up right on time and got right to work. When he provided the quote to us, he walked through different scenarios, different options best case and worst case scenarios and shared all of the materials we needed with us right away. I highly recommend Nick and High Ground.

Tim was great, and he went above and beyond to notify me of an issue with my irrigation system. The only problem I had was the arrival time...and not Tim's fault. If they have to attend a meeting, they need to be scheduled accordingly. My appointment was 8-9 and he didn't arrive until a little after 10. My time is valuable and this never occurred with Garon T.

Nick did a phenomenal job! He arrived early to the appointment and went above and beyond in identifying the issue and clearly explaining the entire process. He was extremely thorough, kind, and professional. Nick reassured me that everything would be okay and also provided helpful recommendations on how to prevent my pipes from bursting again in the future. I needed some plumbing work done (water main valve was rusting out). I wanted to get it done before it broke off. Blaze came over and did the job quickly and efficiently. He had to crawl under the house to do the job. Now I don’t have to think about it.

In addition, he gave me an estimate for adding a clean out to the sewer line.

I had a very positive experience using Garon T and will definitely recommend Garon T in the future.

Update: On January 7,2026 I had my HVAC inspected and serviced. Nick the technician was excellent. He was extremely professional and detailed. Nick explained everything being done and the outcomes. I highly recommend using High Ground (formerly GaronT) for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Nick and his partner did an amazing job. They were very professional. I had a leak under my shower pan and instead of ripping my whole bathroom apart, they went in from the kitchen and worked in very tight quarters. Great job

Blase D plumber came. He performed well. His communication skills & his demeanor were very reassuring. His knowledge & work experience was very evident, He explained things very clearly. He completed his job thoroughly & efficiently & neatly. It was a pleasure dealing with him & Garon T Plumbing. I recommend them highly. Great customer service The issue: dishwasher decided to flood my kitchen!

I also want to mention how easy it was to deal with the company as a whole - Eric and Roxy were easy to communicate with. Every question and request was addressed.
