2 nd part to the post a positive outcome at the bottom
An interesting review I had an electric panel upgrade looked good but afterwards the dryer did not work!
I personally checked the dryer female receptacle and had only one leg attached to the new breaker panel.a new Time Dale electrician came out to confirm my complaint and found the 240 dryer connection only attached to one leg 20 amp breaker the other leg left hanging in the panel.
The wire was 12 gauge existing on a 30 amp circuit.
This now required a 10 gauge 4 wire rework.
The master electrician knew the wire was to the dryer because I informed him while pointing it out in the existing 3 buss fuse box.nothing was said.
I already paid for the fuse changeover and if told I could have run the 4 wire 10 gauge to the panel myself while the master electrician was there since the wire was existing at the panel.
My issue is the new journeyman electrician very nice individual now a new charge as though it was a brand new job.
Why did the master electrician not say there was an issue or leave the wire unattached and only one leg attached? Where is the Tine Dale consideration for incomplete work paid for in a complete changeover?
$635.00 in addition to finish the work not completed
They did not quote me a price to complete this upgrade . I believe someone should have reviewed what was not done and what would have been the proper pricing for the competition accordingly .thank you for reviewing and hopefully reconsidering this outcome.I felt the complete changeover was priced in line but the additional charge to fix an omission of service was excessive .
After my conversation with Corey at Tine Dale
He understood all of the issues and what was not completed that caused the Dryer circuit not to be energized correctly.
The additional fee charged was waived and the job will be re inspected and corrected.
Thank you Corey for your understanding and professionalism. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Tine Dale upgraded our service to 200 amps, put in a generator outlet, interlock switch, whole house surge protector, and a 50 amp car charging outlet. Add in a new breaker panel, GFCI circuit breaker, new exterior meter panel mount (replaced rotting plywood). I found their technicians focused, helpful and flexible. And they worked heads down for 12 hours to complete the job in a day. TineDale supplied a generator while the upgrade took place. The tech lead, Alex, answered questions while here and even after hours and made sure that I was happy with their work. The upgrade passed inspection. Their price was competive among four bids that I solicited. I'd bring them back if I needed electrical work.

Corey and his team were excellent! As a first-time pool owner, they were able to walk me through potential uses for outlets in the area surrounding the pool, something the prior electrician working with the pool company had not done. They helped select materials and placement for outlets that would complement the aesthetics of the area. They also helped install a light on the outside and inside of our shed, and were meticulous when working on the project. They also helped restore power to a lamp post in the woods by hand-trenching an area without disturbing the foliage so that it appeared as though they had never been there. The estimated costs were appropriately adjusted as we removed or added work to be done. Overall, I was very pleased with their work throughout the project and the ease in communicating with all on their team. Great job!

After previously using TineDale Electrical Contractors for a lighting project in our kitchen and family room, we hired them again to upgrade our electrical panel to a 200-amp service. The crew arrived on schedule and got right to work. They did an excellent job — the results were clean, professional, and passed inspection without issue. I highly recommend TineDale for any residential electrical work that you need. Thanks guys!

Tine Dale Electrical Contractors have done several jobs for me over the years, big and small. Most recently earlier this year they did a complete electrical renovation when we completely remodeled our kitchen. Many times you don't know what you don't know especially when you are doing something for the first time. The owners and electricians at Tine Dale not only provided excellent electrical services but many times gave invaluable opinions and insights during the remodeling project. They come with many years of experience and offer great ideas along with their electrical skills. Every electrician that arrived in our kitchen was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I have an electrical need or am asked for a recommendation I would never consider anyone else but Tine Dale.

Using Tine Dale as a residential electrical contractor was one of the seemless process for having construction done at our house. They are professional, responsive, clean up after themselves and overall quality of work is top of the line. We will continue to use them in the future.

I was referred to Tine Dale from a friend. I had been given a price from my contractor I thought was too high. Tine Dale responded immediately, worked with my schedule to come out and assess the job and gave me a fair price. When it came time to do the work they were able to have someone come to meet the contractors schedule. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the outcome. Happily recommend and will definitely use again for future needs.

Paid $21,000 for panel upgrade and bringing my house to code. The panel “upgrade” included a bunch of old, used breakers that were rusty and manufactured before I was born. Bought a new washer and dryer thinking there was something wrong with mine because how could there be issues with “new” breakers? They sent someone out, who said they replaced the old ones. A few days later, I have no power in My kitchen. The problem? More old, rusted breakers. Office staff refuses to let me speak to anyone in management. Stay away!
