I came here with chronic pain in my left shoulder and in 4-5 session thank you the clinic and god I am healed .. I live my life normal sleep work and use my arm in very normal way. I like the reassurance and the kind treat everyone is so nice and kind and know what they are doing .

I have been visiting Proactive Physiotherapy for over 4 years and have
consistently had an excellent experience.

I regularly receive treatment from Ms. Taruna, who is truly exceptional. She always makes me feel at ease and gives me the confidence that things will improve, which is especially valuable for patients like me who are on a long rehabilitation journey. Her expertise, encouragement, and positive attitude have played a significant role in my recovery.

Whenever Ms. Taruna was unavailable, I have been treated by Ms.Monisha and Ms. Janki, both of them are highly skilled, professional, and caring.  The transition between physiotherapists has always been
seamless, reflecting the team’s professionalism and strong coordination. The assistants, including Ms. Krisha, Ms.Spoorthy and others, have also been incredibly supportive and caring.

I genuinely look forward to my physiotherapy sessions—not only for the
treatment itself but also for the positive energy and encouragement Therapists and Assistants bring. The entire team at Proactive is highly engaged with their patients and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and well cared for.

Last but not least, Mr. Subbu's assistance in scheduling appointments and his guidance throughout the process are worth mentioning. His support and co-ordination have been greatly appreciated.

Went in for physio for spinal decompression. The bustle throughout my session threw me off but in both my sessions I was amazed at how my therapist went above and beyond to make me feel better. They definitely made me feel the value of physiotherapy first time! And I have been to quite a few spots. Don't judge them by their rushed check ins and such. In my last session I could get 3 different therapies for my back along with some isometric stretches. This place is gold! Highly recommend for physiotherapy!

My name is Yan, I had very bad massage experience with massage therapist Emmah Ngongo. My appointment is 60 mins. She took 10mins to set up table, 15mins to ask questions, finish 5 mins early. So my total treatment time is not over 30mins. It is positive procrastination. I told her pls focus on my left shoulder because My left shoulder is very tight, but she keeps doing for my back until I stopped her. After massage, my shoulder tightness did not released, and it was getting worse. She is not friendly also, make me very upset. Do not recommend, don’t waste your money!

I was told to go here after a car accident. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were flexible in terms of appointments and always answered any questions I had. I had back and knee pain which with their treatments and exercises have significantly improved. The facility was always very clean and if you’re waiting you can get a foot massage with their foot massage machine in the front foyer.

Excellent physiotherapy center with knowledgeable, friendly therapists who truly care about recovery. The staff is professional, attentive, and explains each treatment clearly. I went to get treatment here after a car accident. The staff are very friendly and nice. They were flexible in terms of appointments, and overall customer service was great. I had neck and arm issues, and then back issues. I felt the therapy was excellent, and eventually the pain went away. In the beginning, they even picked me up from my house and drove me to the place because initially, I did not have access to a car. I thought that was above and beyond.
