It’s a hidden gem of Calgary
We visited for the Father’s Day buffet and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The chef is clearly highly skilled. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the taste was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant dinner experience at this restaurant a few times. My favorite was a lamb leg, very tender and flavorful (I ordered it twice on different occasions). Flatbread with the brie and caramelized onion is also very delicious and original.

Overall, we love this cozy place. Its close to our home in Woodbine and the quality of the food is great, the service and friendliness is very impressive.

I recommended this restaurant to my friends already and they loved it as well.

Such a hidden gem! It’s super close to home and tucked away in a quiet residential area, which makes it feel like a really great find. The place is nicely renovated too—love the accent walls and wallpaper, it gives it a cozy vibe.
We both got the French onion soup and added a medium-rare sirloin steak. Honestly, so good. The steak was really well charcoal grilled and tasted pretty close to what you’d get at a high-end Italian spot.
Definitely worth checking out—will be coming back for sure!

We went here with my family and had a great experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the service was great. The seating was cozy as well.
We also got to try the Women's day menu and it was definitely worth it!
I had the Prime rib which was juicy and perfect 👌 I also tried the Falooda which was refreshing, not too sweet and a perfect end to our meal.

I had dinner at The Canadian Eatery recently, and it honestly felt like such a treat. I ordered the prime rib with a side of green salad, and it really hit the spot. The prime rib was tender and full of flavor, cooked just the way I like it. The salad was simple but super fresh, which balanced everything out perfectly with there unique dressing. I couldn’t skip dessert, so I went for the creme brulee and I’m so glad I did. Breaking into that crisp caramel top never gets old, and the creamy custard underneath is the perfect sweet finish. The whole experience felt relaxed but still special. The staff were kind and made me feel welcome without being over the top. I left full, happy, and already thinking about my next visit.

Such a nice little find. Unassuming location in Woodbine. I had driven past it a few times and looked up the menu. Looked good so we tried it. I had the sirloin - the au jus was to die for! My husband had the chicken parm, sis-in-law the pork loin, and Mom-in-law the salmon. Everyone was happy. Very nice simple menu with a surprisingly good variety. Already thinking about what I will try next. Then we had the crème brûlée and the lava cake. Very nice. Quiet. Friendly. Recommend.

“Best lamb shank I ever had, lots of flavour and fall off the bone” claims my husband. I had the seared scallop and shrimp linguine —the shellfish cooked to perfection and the linguine in a rose sauce was full of flavour. We will be back to work our way through the menu. Bites taken before photos - couldn’t help ourselves.
