Brad, Nathan, Dan & the team are exceptional! I thought I needed a new roof, Nathan went above & beyond, explaining every detail of the process. After the inspection by Dan, I was informed a new roof wasn’t needed at this time, with mine still being in good shape. This level of honesty & integrity is so much appreciated! There was no problem with this unexpected change of plans, not moving forward with the agreement for the new roof.

My husband and I are very pleased with the roofing job initiated and completed by Artisan Roofing of Moncton NB. We are pleased also with the GAF shingle quality and their 25 year non prorated warranty. The roofing process was from beginning to completion well organized, informative and executed in a timely manner. Tim Hart and Devon Crowell were very professional and available to answer our questions ( more than a few times over). Off and onsite evaluations were done. Installation in early March occurred in a conducive weather window. Their staff of roofers were very efficient and thorough. Great preparation, clean up and observance of safe work protocols were demonstrated.

Had my roof replaced by Artisan and wanted to share how pleased I am with the service and workmanship. The consultation was comprehensive and I felt well informed about my options without pressure. I think he cared more about the colour I chose than I did! Very knowledgeable.
The team who did the work were fast, efficient, and professional. No blaring music, very polite. They found two holes in my old roof- one when one of the roofers put his leg in it! They repaired the holes at no charge just before my attic had any water damage. I would absolutely trust Artisan with any future projects. I was very impressed and I’m very happy with my new roof, which still looks great after its first winter.

We had Artisan Roofing take on a major building envelope replacement. New roof, windows/doors, facia/soffets/gutters, and vinyl cedar shim siding (kaycan individual cedar impressions product). They did a phenomenal job! Quotes clearly laid out options, clear communication throughout the project, excellent workmanship, they always left things clean and were available any time I had questions. Roughly 3 months from quote to completion, mostly due to supplier lead times.

Can't say enough about the quality of their work and the professionalism of their crews.

We got the main roof done. Their quote was easy to understand.They took the time to talk with us of what was done and why they needed to take certain extra steps to ensure the product they were installing was up to code and for the warranty to be applied! Artisan Roofing did a phenomenal job with my roof replacement. They were very transparent and informative in all aspects from initial discussions to final roof replacement completion. I took the day to observe and they performed all the comprehensive weatherproofing steps as promised. They made a special effort to cover the ground around the house with tarps to catch anything that got dropped. The staff also secured themselves to the roof to avoid any accidents. All staff were nice and very courteous. We could not be happier. Highly recommend.
