I’d been embarrassed to even let anyone see my pool. It was cloudy, smelled weird, and nothing I tried worked. Evan from ORCA Pools didn’t judge he just got to work. Within a week, it looked like a resort pool in Claremont!

Our pump died in the middle of July of course. Chris from ORCA Pools came out the same afternoon, diagnosed it in minutes, and had a replacement installed the next morning. In the foothills heat, that kind of speed is everything.

We switched to ORCA Pools last summer and I honestly wish we had done it sooner. The technicians are consistent, professional, and take the time to explain what they’re doing. Our pool looks amazing, even though we get a lot of wind and debris in our neighborhood. Great service and fair pricing.

Because of the time they took to speak with me, I chose Atlantis for my pool maintenance requirements. Being a first-time pool owner, I had a lot of questions, and all of them were addressed. I eventually made the decision to try it on my own, and Atlantis didn't try to dissuade me or even put me through a guilt trip. "Give us a call if you need anything," was the response I received. We contacted them again a season later, and I am still pleased with their service; I simply feel at ease with Atlantis Pool Service in Claremont.

Anthony handled a challenging situation in my pool in Claremont with speed and efficiency. He discovered methods to save us time and money. This has been our fifth pool, and it comes from someone with high standards.

The pool service at Atlantis is fantastic. Being new pool owners, they have been of great assistance to us. They have put in a railing for me and maintain my pool immaculate. After we moved into the house, we found out that there was a leak. They dispatched someone, who promptly identified and resolved the issue. We appreciate Rick and Anthony taking such good care of us.
