The job was well done. The lads were polite and professional. After they left the site I noted a couple of missed spots. Not a problem for me provided Brilliant Brothers is willing to send back a crew to finish off the spots in a timely manner. Well, that’s exactly what they did with no push back. They came back the next day and finished up with a smile. 5 stars to Ethan in particular, he represents your company quite well.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Brilliant Brothers. The two young men who worked on the moss removal on my very challenging steep
roof and washed my windows did an excellent job and explained everything to me The price was also very reasonable.
I could not be happier and would definitely recommend them!!

I recently hired Brilliant Bros to power wash my driveway and clean my outside windows. They did an excellent job! I was particularly impressed with how careful and mindful they were with my garden, shrubs and flowers, along the driveway. Their attention to detail and their professionalism was exemplary, they were friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them. and the price was good too!

WOW! We are so impressed with the excellent job performed by Tom and Andre from Brilliant Brothers. We were given a quote to provide moss removal, gutter cleaning and exterior wash and moss prevention application. These two young men arrived early and got to work on the roof and gutters today. We live in Broadmead on a densely treed property. We have a Chateau style roof that is flat on top and shingles on the steep slopes. There is loads of tree branches on the flat roof and moderate to heavy moss growth on the shingles. The gutters were filled with pine needles, leaves and debris. Tom and Andre worked steady for 6+ hours doing a superb job on every detail including clean up! This is a job for professionals and these two capable young men are superior at their craft! We highly recommend Brilliant brothers for all these types of maintenance jobs. Their professionalism is beyond compare! Their quotes are reasonable and well worth it. Thanks Tom and Andre!

Brilliant Bros. Moss removal and gutters cleaning. The workers showed up on time checked with homeowners before job began. Reviewed what they were going to do. They inspected site area to ensure a safe work environment. Proceeded with job. Excellent work. Followed up again with homeowner after completion of job. I would highly recommend Brilliant Bros. Poor customer service and attention to detail. I believe that this company took advantage of me being out of the country while servicing my property. Looking at the quality of work and then comparing it to the customer service I would recommend using someone who has pride in ownership and the art of cleaning. As I look through my “professionally cleaned” windows I
Would say things aren’t looking brilliant but dull.

You are incorrect — I did reach out to express that I was unhappy with the service. I have messages from you confirming our communication, and I’m happy to include screenshots in the photos section if needed to clarify that I was told the job was considered complete.

After my painter mentioned that only a soft wash had been done on the exterior — and that all the removed storm windows had been skipped — I realized my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. Despite multiple attempts to get a resolution, the responses stopped being helpful, and the issue was essentially dismissed.

Since I had to rely on my contractors during the process, I only recently saw the results in person — and I was disappointed to see everything left as it was. I’m simply leaving an honest review now that I’ve had the chance to assess the work myself.

It’s unfortunate that raising my concerns privately didn’t lead to a resolution — but posting a public review seems to have prompted more attention than trying to work directly with your team. That’s not how customer service should work.
